18So, I placed an order. Arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, with the email confirmation. They did not have my order. I couldn't wait as there was a line at the store. I sent in two tickets just so I could get my refund. No response. I sent a message through Facebook. They said they would get back to me. A week later and no response. Now this happened nearly six weeks ago. Why is it so hard to get my thirteen dollars refunded?
The food was amazing. The staff is great. Very helpful! Everything was just how I wanted it and Brandy needs a raise
Its the beat subway around if certain people are working. They pile on whatever you want its subway.
The employees here are great! They are friendly and take pride when they make your food. There has never been a negative experience for me at this location. Thank you staff!
Used the subway app to order a sandwich with double meat and no cheese. The sandwich didn't have double meat (cost me 4 bucks) and it had cheese on it. Tried extremely hard to get a hold of Peter the owner/manager and after 6 calls still nothing. Be very leery ordering here or you will get screwed. This isn't the first time I've been ripped off by this store. So I guess I'm a little stupid for coming back.
Where's the meat. You get one thin slice of pepperoni salami capacola and ham. If you want to make it a Sandwich add all the other stuff on it and you get a good salad. The old guy running the register was trying to do the best he could I'll give him credit for working hard. The guy making the sandwiches was given him a hard way to go hes just lucky hes got somebody there to run a register to do the best he can
Very rude personal nasty dirty and not professional stay token on the phone another employee did nothing, walked by and said that he needed a smoke With such employees, business will not work out very well.
We came in there on Thursday having ordered online two turkey Subs. They said they were out of Turkey and could only give us Ham. We don't eat pork and asked for Chicken. They said no it was more expensive (so much for making an accommodation). They said we could cancel it online. We went online and you can not cancel the order. I called today (Saturday) and said I still needed my subs. They said they couldnt give them to us as they don't show anything that says we are owed them. Not the best service.
Came in for lunch with my oldest son 15yo the lady making our tuna sandwiches was very engaged and even helped me jumped my son who's just so cool lol!
You should not bring you children to work or have you employees run there mouth and take forever to make people's food
They declined us services 20 minutes to close. This is ridiculous, the hours online states they close at 9, they closed early at 840.
Don’t go to this location. Rude employees. Made 2 of my sandwiches wrong and called about it to see if I could come back to be re made and the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and said to call tomorrow. Won’t be back here again am calling corporate tomorrow
Just stopped in to order lunch, no one welcomed me in. While in line I witnessed both workers treat another customer with distain because he struggled with English and showed up 60 seconds before they were done with his online order. One worker literally told him he had no idea where his order was and it could take another 20 minutes even though he’d already made the sandwich and his coworker was wrapping it up. That worker then verbally complained to everyone else in the store about how she hates people that show up 5 minutes earlier than they are supposed to. Apparently we should all be on her time. I left and went to Jersey Mike’s where they were happy I came in.
Super nice staff! Just please fix the door that faces E Galbraith because it slammed behind me and scared the bajesus out of me.
I’m sorry but this location was the worst Subway I have ever been to, the bread did not look or taste right and was left with a weird taste in my mouth after eating!

Ordered a SUB and 2 cookies they didn't send the cookies I notified the store directly they said door dash would issue a credit. I was aware of that but they didn't even utter an I'm sorry for your inconvenience. They didn't seem to care I got the wrong order you made door dash just delivered subways mistake I understand mistakes are made but the young lady who answered the phone was very unconcerned. With all the options I have I will be sure to find another. Not deer park subway.
Went on a Friday night. The manager was friendly and a hard worker. They do need to hire help just like everywhere
