5Not the best subway location around, but if you’re hungry after shopping Walmart it’ll do. Food quality is a little lacklustre.
I ordered the italiano hotshot sandwich TWICE on doordash, and both times it was made completely incorrectly with no meat. I walked up there and asked for it to be made correctly, and the young man working there pulled out a whole tray of moldy bread right in front of me, threw away 4 and tried to salvage 1 before throwing it away. They are clearly understaffed and didn’t have a manager, they seem like good people with good intentions but they should not be handling food in my opinion. The food on the line looked old and stale.
It's definitely disappointing when employees are rude and it can impact your overall dining experience. Customer service is an important aspect in the food service industry. The African American employee here needs training when dealing with the public. She’ seems to have a bad day everyday. I’ll probably never eat here again.
Horrible service wife and I went tonight to order 5 aubs blonde girl got mad at the number of subs after being extremely rude to the guy irking with her. Walked out and went to penn station
I'd give zero stars if possible. Kid that took my order first talked to some people that came after me that brought him a phone charger and gave them a bag of food and cups and then when i ordered i asked for double bacon, which they charged me for but on a footlong with double bacon only got 9 slices for $11?
