Bad service ordered off the website took the money still wouldn't give us our order said their phone lines have been down all day, wouldn't give us the number for corporate or talk to a manager. Very unprofessional
Great Subway for the area. The one in the next town over is garbage, but this one in Blanchester is a great asset for this little town. Food was great as was the service.

Was using coupons for 2 footlong subs. Was told that we couldn't use them. 3rd time in a month that we have went to Blanchester Subway and they will not allow us to use coupons. They now have a sign that says they will nor accept buy 1 get 1 foot long free. I understand that one. This was 2 footlongs for 12.99 no signs posted in store. Was told they didn't accept it I asked about a posted sign and the young man started with attitude about it. Will find another Subway. Not a good experience and will not return. Owner there is more important things than food cost. Repeat customers. Better workers that want to work
I received some coupons in the mail. Myself and my kids got really excited to use them, so I drove to use them at this location only to be told the owner of this location NEVER allows coupons to be used here. I’ve never heard of this EVER. So if you plan on using a coupon DO NOT visit this location.
They do not accept the national coupons. The food and service seem to have gone downhill since new owners took over recently.
When I tried to order online they would not honor the buy one footlong get one free so I called them and asked them to cancel my order. They said that they could not do that and I had to pay weather I picked up my order or not. They are Subway when something is advertised all over the TV they should honor it. Very disappointed with this location.
Order in the app. My order was made wrong. Had to wait to have remade. While I sat and waited new customer walked in and was waited on before my order was remade. I told them to just cancel it and left. I was charged for food I never received. I will never go back and app has been deleted.
Ordered online and spent 45.05 and the order didnt go through and all i got was at 8: 20 was the machine shuts down at 8: 30 so they wasnt doing anything.
