Subway, Ravenna OH

This place acts like your bothering them when you come in. I was greeted with an eye roll and an attitude as so did many other customers after me.

Was not happy with service I told the lady before she wrapped up my sub if she could put ranch on the sub she seemed to act like she didn't hear me her attitude wasn't the best. There's gotta be better subways than West Main!

If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would. This store literally does anything and everything they want they are completely lazy. They close the store early almost everyday. I have ordered from them 3 times and the close the store down before the hours posted and leave the online orders open they take your money refuse you your food and your money back they are rude and give you no answer on how to help you this has happened endless amount of time.

I just went to this subway and the little white girl with glasses is horrible at her job she burnt my sub and was still gonna serve me it, I asked for a new one. I also got a kids sub but they overcharged me for 6 inch. The women that work there need more training. I’ve attached a photo of the receipt and the sun sizes and prices. Even charged me for dining in as well

My sub was great, but the worker didn't smile and frankly was kind of rude. Didn't see anyone but her, and it looked like she just didn't want to be there.

Came in with my kids 45 minutes before close and we were NOT well taken care of AT ALL! The manager MELODY was pretty rude from the start, nobody said hello and the "sandwich artists" were both very short spoken! My bad for being an inconvenience and expecting you girls to do your job with a smile and professionally!

This is the third time I’ve come to this location and had it be closed despite it being business hours.also, what is the point of SPECIFICALLY posting holiday hours on the door and then not being open during those hours so frustrating

I came to this location for lunch. The team is very friendly and fair.they weigh the meat so they’re putting the right amount on each sandwich. This location is very clean. I felt very comfortable here.
The other Subway across town needs your help. They are rude, disrespectful and treat customers awful not to mention very dirty.

Unfortunately found this while eating my sandwich. Thankful I did find it, but whatever this may be would definitely break a tooth and be unsafe to swallow. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Just be careful, check the sandwich before eating.

This place is normally great, but the guy with the star tattoo on his face was incredibly disgusting.no eye contact, immediately rude, dandruff everywhere and handled the food in the sloppiest way. This person should not be working in a restaurant.

Good food employees at times seem rude but get the job done other employees are very friendly, and make the visit pleasurable.

Super clean, everything was fresh, and Marilyn was super nice! We came in later in the evening and had the best service and food from a Subway!
