Subway, Port Clinton OH

Ordered online two veggie footlong subs with all veggies but olives and added the avocado too, pick up the food and we had two footlongs with a pound of onions 2 tomatoes and lettuce No other veggies or the extra paid for avocado the receipt clearly showed what was ordered. Waste of time, money, and nothing like ending a day with a ruined dinner. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Caution when ordering for pick up as you will not get what you paid for!

The food is always good. For quick don't feel like cooking days. The service is hit and miss. Some bust their butt and friendly, some don't care. They mostly work pretty hard. I've had days where I wanted to leave in the middle of building my sandwich. Monday 8-14-23 those 2 were great.

This location has steadily gone down hill. Never open when times online say they are, and are constantly out of items. Would reccomend to stay away from this location.

What kind of town is this? Everyone seems to be operating in slow motion! I walk in here and they're moving slower than a turtle walking backwards. And there's still 4 people in front of me. And then the girl with the anchor tattoo behind her ear is continually complaining about how stressed she is so I figured that's my cue to leave!

We placed an order on their app & it said the store was open & it took the payment but when we arrived a few minutes later they were CLOSED & wouldn't answer the phone. The transaction went through on my bank so I requested a refund. Not sure why the app would say they were open & accept an order when they were clearly closed.
