I'm sorry, but I'm done giving Suvway chances! Hadent eaten there in a while, 1st try The Boss, bread was hard as a rock, thought I made a bad bread choice. 2nd, Chick Ranch, this time no toast, bread was hard as a rock. Last try All American Club, this time Italian Bread NO toast, even that bread was hard as a rock! People were nice, service quick, but I wont try again.
Google says you open at 8: 30 but you don’t open until 9 & it’s clearly understaffed cause they always close early too
Paying $10 for a sub and tipping on the app - terrible sandwich. Very little toppings. Very mad and giving up on Subway. Definitely not worth it!
This place sucks. Complaining on here doesn't seem to do any good. It looks like everyone has left a bad review and the company hasn't done anything to correct the problem. It's clear that the owner just doesn’t care. If you're looking for a good sub sandwich, go to PENN STATION, Jersey Mikes, or Jimmy John’s.
Not only does the food taste better, but you get more bang for your buck too. Ohhh, and don't be fooled, Subway is FAR FROM healthy, especially if you have to watch your sodium intake.
I ordered food from this subway on the app. It was accepted and they took my money. I get to the store and they closed the doors almost 30mins early! When I approached the front door to knock the employee looked up shrugged their shoulders and continued with the closing process. I tried contacting the store they probably ignored that as well. Horrible experience 8-9-2023 9: 24pm
Arrived before 9pm. Door was locked and employees were cleaning up. Hours on door read open till 930. Might need an update.
Website says you close at 10 o’clock. I go there at 8: 00 PM. You’re already closed what the hell is going on website says 10 o’clock but yet they’re 8 o’clock you’re already closed
Worst subway ever. Out of white bread at 1 pm, I specifically said provolone and they put Mozzarella and up charged me, then charged me for pieces of provolone so I could fix their mistake. I wanted to add chips and a drink, so they misunderstood me and tried to charge me for three drinks and three chips instead of the meal. Glad I don’t ever have to go to this subway again.
Ordered online. Showed up before they closed to pick up my order. Was ignored by 2 idiots standing behind the counter shaking their heads no at me. Subway stole my money.
I was enjoying my food when a hair comes out of my food. I couldn’t eat another bite they could give me a redound for something that was there problem and they brushed it off like it was nothing. This is a good hazard. They said they will make a another sandwich for me but I didn’t want another sandwich from this place I will not be coming back here to eat
I placed a mobile order for a footlong on flatbread. Not only was the sandwich not toasted (which is standard for all flatbread sandwiches) but it wasn't even cut. At least all the ingredients I asked for were on the sandwich but it seems that staff members feel like they can get away with doing a bad job since you can't watch them as they make your order.
