I have never taken the time to leave a review before, but after my latest visit to this Subway, I feel the need. My husband and I have gone here several times lately. It seems that the same gentleman (and I use the term loosely) is behind the counter each evening we go. During previous visits, he has talked about the customers in front of them (while talking to a fellow worker who was extremely unkempt) and complained about fellow employees. This person has very obviously not been taught anything about customer service. He also seems to hate having to do his job each time we’ve been there, seeming to be very upset with customers for interrupting his evening at work. We have tried to overlook it all. However, after his behavior when we visited last night, I am now visiting here. When we arrived, he was in the process of waiting on a lady that needed 4 subs for her family. Not only did he act extremely angry the entire time he was waiting on her, throwing things around and being rude, but he also kept muttering under his breath about needing a raise and used the F word multiple times. Listen, sir, if you don’t want a job, quit! Simple solution! Then the rest of us don’t have to be subjected to your horrible attitude and service!

Terrible people behind the counter parent and 2kids talk trash and have a bad attitude. Shows without saying they hate their job!

Avoid if possible. The two kids and lady behind the counter made it perfectly clear without saying that they hate the job and don't want you there. Area was cluttered and only had 2 available seats to sit and eat. They made my wife and 2 kids food first and the lady started ringing up our order before my sub was even complete. After telling her I wanted double cheese the kid behind the counter said if she rang it up before I told him he would have not put double cheese on my sub. Once we paid the workers ran to the back and my wife and I could over hear them talking bad about us. This is unacceptable in any setting. We will not be eating there again.

Did not seem clean, and it took much longer to order our food. They were busy telling a new employee that she would get fired for coming in the front door. I was not impressed.

Tonight was the second time I visited this Subway the first time I was not impressed but I figured I would give it another shot. The bathroom was beyond filthy and the young kid working clearly did not want to be there. The sub I received was inedible. All of our bread was old. The chicken on my chicken teriyaki was so wet it made the bread soggy. I will not be back and will strongly recommend others go elsewhere.
