13Just a PSA to any potential customers and to management. 10/27/23 Ordered Spicy Italian with Lettuce, Onion, Banana Peppers, Black Olives and Mayo with Chipotle. Became VIOLENTLY ILL within 30 mins after eating. 90% positive its E-Coli but no idea what ingredient caused it, maybe the lettuce? Either way, thought I would share in hopes I can save someone from the same illness im having.
We stopped in this evening before heading to the movies and decided to grab a bite to eat.there was an employee there named Frank, I couldn't believe how friendly and professional, also he was very particular the way he made our sandwiches.you could tell he was making the sandwiches as if he was making them for himself! Tonight was probably one of the best experiences we've ever had down here and we come here quite a bit! By the way they have the best dining room ever.it's always a pleasure coming in and enjoying a meal. THANK YOU!
Waited twenty minutes bc they didn't have a single loaf of bread. After 25. I ordered, got home. Wrong bread.
The girl who mad my sub today made it amazing, if her name is on receipt i will add it to this review she is a great worker
Ordered for carry out no brought it out tried to go through drive through and no one answered. Then went inside and waited another 20.
Generally if you visit there will be less than 10 people visibly loitering either in line or dining inside. Do not expect them to have online orders ready on time! Food is ok, if the base price was lower then it would get a 4 star.
Ordered online, they didn’t have ANY BREAD. Woman accepts my order, taking my money before she called me to say they didn’t have any bread.
After asking for redound or store credit they said no and gave me a number to call HR for me to figure out the refund myself when they weren’t able to make my order cause they didn’t have bread.
I ended up calling this number and got no where so it’s 6/10/23 now after placing my order on 5/28/23. No refund and no call back, after calling multiple times.
Worst customer service ever
I was there on 06.01.23 at 5: 10pm. I left 1 star for food and service but they should be 0 stars. I stood for at least 5 minutes without a person in view, no acknowledgement, no recognition of my presence, nothing. I was never waited on and never got any food. The dining room is nice, but again I never got to use it. When I left without any kind of service or food, there was 1 car just sitting quietly in front of the speaker at the drive thru and another car behind it. They weren't getting any service either. As a manager myself, this is inexcusable and would NEVER be permitted at my store! Ridiculous!

Drive thru customer. Very friendly people and best food I have got from subway in years. Very happy.
Ordered online and said it will be ready at a certain time, showed up and waited 10 minutes after pick up time thinking they just havent got to it yet, then said they haven't started them because they are out of that bread then say theur lobby was getting busy when it was empty when I arrived. To busy helping their friends then to help people who already paid a half hour ago and was waiting.
To be expected but I went in 30 minutes to closing. Meatball sub had frozen meatballs. Employee had issue separating cheese slices n got frustrated then dropped bread. Bad attitude after that. Lack of toppings and forgot my Italian dressing
BEWARE DOORDASH DRIVERS: S**ttiest service i have experienced at a single location. Customer ordered a single sandwich and I spent 30 minutes at the store! Never once have I spent over 5 minutes at a subway when I have gone to order. Get your s**t together.
