Subway, Alliance OH

Super clean and nice and new i will give them that but customer service is horrible I have never went in here and there be more than 1 person working I'm in here right now and there is 2 people and only one slowly working on the line of people. Horrible customer service ruins everything.

I'm biased to subway, I just can't eat there as often as I'd like because it's too pricey for me. I mean, 2 subs for 10 each would b a reasonable price. I just can't see paying 25 and some change for 2 subs, but it's delicious and better for u than most other fast food chains. I mean, I can afford to eat at Texas Roadhouse once in a while too. I just don't see how a sub should cost the same as a steak dinner. That's just my opinion tho. Food is great, good people work there, and it's got great atmosphere.

There food is always fresh and most of the people are really friendly.

She was very young, she needs retrained. She was very impatient never asked if I wanted to meet warmed and she was not very polite. I was not happy with service. And a sandwiches did not taste good at all.

Can only use 1 coupon per order, also the younger boy isn't adding the correct amount of toppings and subways isn't cheap, then he messed up on my order partially and
attempted to call them 5 times and noone would answer the phone. I understand there's only 2 employees working at he time being and they are getting very busy wit orders but come on how hard is it when u are literally there in front of them telling them.what u want on your food. One of the worst experiences by far since ordering there. The assistant manager I believe his name is Trevor, not exactly for sure even corrected the young boy nicely as they getting hit wit orders but the young gentleman obviously isn't listening to his boss. Yall pay attention to hen yall go.

Ella & Trevor are both the sweetest, most funny Subway crew, ever! I always enjoy chatting with them while ordering. This subway location is always very clean, organized & the friendly customers service experience is an added bonus.

Left the location on state rd. Went to this location on union. Totally different atmosphere. Was promptly greeted with a very friendly worker. She made us feel welcomed. This is the only one we go to in alliance.
