Subway, Macedonia OH

I was given a sandwich with the bread burned and hard as a rock. The owner didn't even offer to give my money back and didn't bother to respond to my email. Do not waste your money. There is another Macedonia location!

Food was really good. Generous on meat and topping. However their honey mustard is different than other subways and not in a good way. Wish I woulda know that bc it wasn’t great.

Been going here for years and never had a disappointing sub. Always crafted with care and the bread is always toasted just how I like it and they do not skimp on meats or vegetable's unlike most subways I've been too. Would rate 10 stars if I could.:)

Extremely long wait time at lunch. There was 1 person in front of me and it took 20 minutes to make one footlong, then another 5 minutes standing at the register waiting to pay while they made other people's orders. Wouldn't go here if you don't have a lot of time cause I was late to work from my lunch break even though its. 5 miles away. Very disorganized.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff! It was probably the nicest Subway I have been to in a long time. The place was very clean, well organized and well decorated. The two young people working there were very nice and professional. It felt very good going there.

Absolutely terrible subway, we used to love ordering here but the past 2 weeks we have ordered almost 2 hours in advance and they called me 15 minutes before my order is supposed to be ready to cancel my order because their our of bread. If your out of bread you might as well close and shut off your online ordering.
