Subway, Geneva OH

Excellent service, good food even though they are under staffed, like everyone. One thing and this not due to this store. Why must the machine noise over power the subway stores. The toasters and ice makers are terrible. If I were a owner I'd be talking to management. Please help me and your employees

The cover was in front of the meat section, I am used to seeing my food, wasn't happy with that, wished they used a clear cover.

The manager chayanna at this location is very rude and unprofessional. Not only does she treat the employees terrible but customers as well. She talks badly about people with customers in the lobby. They have kids 16 and under closing without an adult. One of the many illegal ways this business is working. Hopefully corprate does their job on making it a better legal atmosphere here for Geneva.

I love it! I work here and all the managers are amazing! Chaynna is the best manager ive ever dealt with! Everyone treats each other with respect and helps out.chaynna helps us with whatever we need.i wont ever quit working here.

Always a great experience going to this Subway. Lyndsie, Kaylee and Chaynna always friendly and very knowledgeable. They all work very hard.

Always closed at random times. The owner either poorly manages people or they are short staffed. The girls that work there do take care of customers well when open

We came in and waited about ten minutes until we could order, and when we finally did they were rude and giving us rude looks for some reason. We did have an order of six subs but that’s no reason to be rude considering that’s their job. The subs were good though and toasted to order. We haven’t been there in a while so I can’t say if that’s changed or not.

These people couldn’t get an order right of their life depended on it. The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the ignorance and idiocracy that has become the reputation of his store. Close the store at this point Pat!

Was overall not worth it, me and my boyfriend went in when it was busy and patiently waited while a girl simply looked at us instead of speaking up at all asking if we wanted to order, once we finally noticed we were allowed to move forward we got our subs which were a bit overloaded truthfully (can’t complain to much about that but when the bread is ripping in half it’s a little annoying) while putting veggies on my boyfriends sub i watched her sleeve go into the mayo on my sub twice which heavily bothered me, on top of this my sub was cut with a still dirty cutting knife.i’m not sure what the dress code is in this particular subway but wearing long sleeves, dragging them through people’s food is not okay and cutting with a dirty knife? Not happy.

You’re going to be taking extreme chances if you order online, for pickup or delivery. Most of the time you’re not going to get what you ordered…

Geneva, Ohio next to ACMC offices. Tables were dirty, Floors were sticky bathroom sink and floor were dirty, drink station was nasty. Makes you wonder how dirty the back prep area is kept. No tray was offered to carry food even though both of us were disabled. There were 3 employees and it was slow at the time so there is no excuse for them not to have cleaned the areas. Ended up throwing my rotisserie chicken away as it was inedible.

Definitely do NOT recommend ordering here. They randomly close without warning. I placed an order to be ready at 3: 10, they made the order then had it ready to pick up. I walked to the location and arrived at 3: 05. They wrote on a piece of paper that they closed at 3pm. No one called or messaged me to notify me that my order wouldn’t be able to be picked up. The phone line was disconnected and all the lights were off, doors locked. They then fraudulently charged my card for the order and lied stating I picked it up. Will never order here again

Workers are usually high school students. Occasionally mess up the order. You have to speak with your outside voice for them to hear you. Food is amazing and fresh. If you ask for mozzarella, you have to specify you want the fancy kind or else they'll just give you the super dry shredded kind. Almost always a line, but plenty of places to sit. They limit you on the olives. Cookies aren't worth it, kinda gross honestly. If you ask for a water cup, they'll get you one. Workers never seem to have an attitude, but they always look depressed. They put the door to the back right up against where you wait in line, so if the staff are busy you frequently have to move out of the way. If they mess up your order and you correct them, they're very apologetic, but they don't fix it. Best honey mustard in the galaxy!

Every time I pick up a to go order they never put the cookies in the bag or the chips. Today the lady was very rude and told me she doesn't get paid enough to do all that, it's my responsibility.

Always great! They always have what I like, so many selections available, and sauces. Friendly kids behind the counter. Good place for lunch

Very rude and unprofessional employees. They all need to be fired and taught proper customer care.
