Subway, Logan OH

Employees close the store well before 9pm. They act offended if you show up 30 minutes before they're advertised as closing - even when you pre-order online to pick up at 830. They will lock the door as soon a you pick up your order at 830p. Every. Single. Time.

New girl in there tonight was rocking it! Food was well put together, customers were happy, she was smiling despite the line. Very happy with my experience!

Great service and food options. Thw roast beef must be popular. Seems to be on short supply at times

The service was good and the food was good unfortunately I'm that they stop accepting coupons in these tough times but yet still send them in the mail

Worker was rude making statements about how it was busy an hour before closing. I stood in line for 30 mins there was 2 people in front of me. He didnt ask if i wanted to make it meals, or my rewards number and He didn't even tell me my total I had to ask and ask about how to get points for my order. I don't eat there often so I wasn't sure how it worked anymore. His responses were short and rude. I understand it sucks to be short staffed but that's not my fault ya know

WHATEVER CHANGED. PLEASE GO BACK.don't like the fresh cut. I probably won't go back.

The bread was too hard it was really chewy where you almost couldn't get it chewed up the ends of the bread we both got wheat bread the ends was hard where we couldn't eat it that was one of the worse sandwiches we have got there sure don't want to go back if they were going to serve the bread that way

This location was closed at noon on Friday with the Open sign lit. No employees visible. Not sure what's going on here

They are very skimpy on there food didn't get much chicken on my chelicken bacon ranch

This subway used to be me and my boyfriends usual spot until a new staff started working there. This said staff has refused us service twice due to “too many online orders” but then continues to go in the back and be on his phone.not only once but twice. I’ll take my chances and go to nelsonville subway.

It's nothing but issues with the subways in this town. They charged me $6 for a side of jelepenos and black olives and called it a "salad" but won't give me a refund or make it right. And now subway customer service isn't allowing calls. DO BETTER SUBWAY! IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND YALL THIBK ITS FAIR TO STEAL FROM ME! RIDICULOUS!

Went in to subway at this location like I do almost every Thursday around 9: 30 in the morning had a young girl serve me and her hair was not tied back she had most of all over her self I asked her for lite olives and she put 3 hand fulls on my sub! Went to check out and got a large tea and there was nothing in there I went and told the worker and she rolled her eyes at me and told me nothing was made yet. So on that all I found a long peace of hair in my food. Then I watched the SAME girl smoke in the back of the store with the same gloves that she used to make someone sub with. I’m not happy and I will be wanting my money back and to speak with someone who’s in charge!

Apparently subway don't take the coupons that says subway and same one in my town where I received the coupons lost. My business and my complete familys business. Don't send them if ur not going to honor them.

Typically have good service at this location and always satisfied with my order. The only downfall for me is that awful inside lobby, it's always looking shabby.most drinks at the drink station are always"out of order"and that entire section is just one permanent sticky spill. It is not at all appealing to eat inside. But what it lacks in cleanliness it makes up for with quick, friendly service and food quality!

Like a lot of food services, this one is hit and miss. Several times we have place orders through the app. It will say it's being prepared, then it's ready. I'll drive all the way there and they haven't even started my order. The last time two people were in line to order and they had to put them off and start my order. I'm sure those people weren't happy but I ordered 20 minutes earlier and have the app saying my order is ready. Then other times it works like it should. Twice I've been here and one of the workers has their kid at work. That normally isn't an issue for me, in fact, I like seeing the devotion. But this kid yells and screams the whole time. Running all over the place. He tries to go out the door in front of you so you have to stand and wait for someone to come get him. I usually just go to the one at Walmart now. No problems there.
