Subway, Mt Vernon OH

Don't bother. Prices are up, no coupons, and service is GONE. They've taught the kids working here how to smile, but not anything about respect. Why bother going somewhere that you get processed food on semi-fresh bread and put together and served by people who seem to be bothered by your presence in the store. When you're not appreciated by the people you pay money to, it's time to just go somewhere else.

Constantly “temporarily closed”, just a super unreliable place to eat. There’s been multiple times now that I’ve drove up there and they’ve been closed and when I call their number it sends me to voicemail.
It’s always the same excuse that “the systems are down” but I’ve had a conversation with employees about the situation and they told me it’s staffing issues.

Food is always fresh and good, service is great and very friendly. I always hear other customers say how friendly they are also.

Says they open at 9. I have been a few times this week to try to order something before I go to work and they are never open at 9. Even tried to go in at 9: 30 and they still weren’t open. If you are going to open late, put a sign on the door so your customers know…

Subway is goof bc it's fast n fresh. I get a veggie sub and it's delicious. I love the cookies never pass them up!

Was there on 2/11/23 at approximately 8: 40. The big guy behind the counter snickered about me say I'll have a roast beef sandwich instead because they had no turkey. Well the roast beef I thought was instead was steak. Thier meat options looked really disgusting that you couldn't tell what they were. Running out of other options is bad business. Never eat there again.

Website says open until 10: 00 and it is 8: 28 right now and closed. Boy friend setting in parking lot waiting on employee! What the hell!

Very disappointed in the owner not allowing the Subway coupons that are advertised everywhere. The buy one get one footlong was not allowed through the app.
