I normally order here once or twice a week for my family of 6. ($30-$40 orders) However after my experience yesterday, I will no longer go to this location. My online order was not ready at the time promised, took 20 extra minutes. Which was extremely inconvenient but if my order was good, I could have looked past. They were out of the footlong cookie, didn’t offer a refund. The churro and the pretzel were so terrible.cold, burnt, and hard. Completely inedible. Icing on the cake was the subs. We asked for light sauce and they were sopping with sauce. It was dripping off. Then even though we asked for them to be toasted, they were cold? All of these things aren’t what I would normally accept but since I regularly come here, I decided I’d keep the food (we didn’t eat any of it and went to another restaurant) call and complain today. When I call the employee was completely rude and didn’t even try to resolve the situation. Since I didn’t receive good customer service on top of all of the other issues. I will never order here again.

I thought it was customary to "Call" the customer when out of product to insure customer still wants order or to get accomodations.guess I'm wrong bc when placed my order for 4 subs and was out of product I didn't find out until I go pick up the order and it's already made and the girl goes " we were out of this product so we made them with this product instead I hope that's okay" Yup that was totally fine I love not having the option to cancel my order and go somewhere else you made my food with what ya had and let me waste my time/gas to come get it when I could have ordered something or somewhere else bc it was already late guess we will deal thank you

Went to get subs with the kids. They was not happy when the kids were ordering for themselves. Not happy people.

This is a very clean, fast and friendly subway, Best in the area. Tables are clean, drink station is tidy, the line where they serve you is clean, I watched them do HACCP log temps, rotating line items, they did proper hand washing and gloves. Great job guys, I go out of my way to eat here on lunch!

We are visiting from out of town. Went in on March 25th. Allison & Devin were working and they were the friendliest & the best customer service we’ve ever had! Their manager is very lucky to have such great employees! The food was also delicious! Would highly recommend!

Staff did great job with a customer (me) ordering multiple items for different people - and me not having all the answers. They were calm and even directed me to how to fix the order I was making. Primo service.

Went in Saturday, 11/19 feeling terrible because it was approximately 30 minutes before close. I figured I was in the clear because my order was simple as can be. The two kiddos working were very pleasant and welcoming. We had good, brief conversation as the young man prepared my sub, they both thanked me, and sent me on my way. I appreciated their good attitudes, as I know it sucks working your Saturday night away in the service industry.

Ordered a sub with every veggie on it.
The olives tasted rancid & the sub was just off but I assumed it was because I haven’t been to a subway in years. That wasn’t the case. I ended up getting food poisoning & now I’m paying for it all day over a $7 sub. Not worth it. There’s 3 women who were in the establishment when I visited so why aren’t they changing out products? You need to contact the health department
