Subway, Hubbard OH

Sunday Nov 26, terrible service. We will be going to the Subway at Loves Truck Stop in Hubbard from now on

Ordered on the app wasn't even finished by the time we got there bread was hard never got our cookies bacon wasn't even heated up its a total disaster of a subway

Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning yesterday. When I walked in to pick up my sub it smelled putrid like something was rotting. I ignored my better judgment, ate my sub then around 8pm that night I got the worst sickness ever experienced in my life. Suggest the health inspector takes a trip here. I don’t know how you all could be so careless in handling food people are going to put in their bodies.

Ordered online said it was ready and it wasn't. What's the point of getting the app and jumping the line when it's never ready. Not happy customer

Requested to be contacted through the survey and through Subway Guest Relations. Franchise owner never responded to numerous requests after failing to refund me for portions of the order that they did not have when I arrived to pick it up. The employee claimed they could not refund me in person because I ordered on the app.

Your standard Subway. The menu has changed and my faves are no longer on the menu. The staff is nice.

The lady Named Vicki S (I believe) was very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to the public. First my daughter called and she was rude on the phone, we still decided to go get dinner from there because of work, and she was still Rude my daughter wanted a turkey sub and the lady proceeded to say she didn’t have time to stalk because she been busy, my daughter said I will wait if you want to go get it, she then replied I Don’t have time I have 20 mins until my shift is over.
