Subway, Mt Eaton OH

This is the only fast food place that I will eat at by choice because of the freshness of their food and then I can see what they are putting on my sandwich. I don’t agree with all the sausages that they serve because I feel they filled with chemicals and preservatives, and possibly antibiotics that we do not need.

Has 2 really nice employees. Love eating all the way down here. It’s attached to a gas station but not inside it.

Fast food, as I'm sure many of you have experienced, has gotten worse and worse from every stand point in the last few years. Subway seems to still perform as expected and is an convenient to have in a pinch.

Service at this location is decent as long as your first in line. If there is a line in front of you it will take a while, the food is pretty much just as expected at any one of the 20,000 nationwide locations. It has always been nice and clean inside. The staff is mostly high school kids that don't seem to thrilled to be there.

Three stars because staff were nice and service was quick. Place was clean and pleasant. Chocolate chip cookie had a lot of off flavors like it had absorbed them from the air. I would have asked for a refund but I was long gone by the time I tried it.

Not as fresh as usual. Had to remind what I was ordering and they didn't put everything into a bag.

Terrible slow. The 4 guys in front of me it took her forever. When I finally get rung up she walks off as soon as I run my card. She started with the next customers totally ignoring that I was there. Then finally I walked over and asked for my receipt she says oh, and then rudely says, you could've just grabbed it. Ma'am, it's called customer service. I don't appreciate it when they screw up and then try to make you look like the dumb person. This subway needs to work on their speed and professionalism of the workers.
