10I ordered a chicken teriyaki and I left a comment not toast and they toasted it and put bacon on it
Placed curbside order was to be ready at 5: 55 pm 20 minutes later i had to go in and they were just working on it. Server stated they've been slammed all day! As I sat curbside there was 1 man at the counter. When I walked in there was a husband and wife only! There was absolutely NO sense of urgency. The vibe in the store was the team had little to no personality. No greeting people. No smiles. No pep in their step at all. Hair not covered. Wearing a hoodie with the hood up like a gangster. I had given this store another try but, it's worse than before. Will not be returning!
Ordered through the app for pickup and ordered a foot long meal, toasted bread. Went inside to retrieve my order and was just given the sub. I had to ask for my drink and chips I paid for. I drove home and received a cold sub that they never toasted even though it says it on my receipt. Employees looked angry when I walked in and didn’t say a word. I had to greet them first.
I love coming to the Champion store! I feel terrible for the poor employees there though. The customers are so rude and ignorant! Every single time I go in there a customer comes in and during their order start yelling and snapping at the employees.
L subway. Just wanted a BLT and they’re closed when the sign says 10 pm. It was 9. At least change the sign. Dominos is the better option in the area anyways. Edit: I saw that online says 9 but I didn’t check online first I saw the door. So it’s on me but the sign is confusing
Ordered food on the subway app. My husband picked up the subs, and there wasn't a name attached to the order he also paid 4 them. I went back up to the restaurant to get a refund for the subs ordered and was denied by the employees and manager.
Any other company would have given a refund or a complementary meal. This is not right.i paid for 4 subs, 2 were wrong order, and I was told basically too bad that i am requesting a full refund of both orders
User's recommendation: Don't go there.
Food is hit or miss depends on who's working. 50/50 if your leave with burnt hard food.
Friendly staff. Ordered on line and food was ready when I arrived. Made to order as requested.
The sandwich was nothing to brag about just Subway. I do like it they made the buns smaller so your not eating so much bun now. But it's not $5. Subway anymore.
Ordered online at 4pm to be picked up at 445pm the same day. I showed up at 445 and order was not ready. One employee says they are finishing it up and another employee comes from the back and grabs bread from the oven. I asked if it was started yet and they said no because they have been really busy. I had to go to work a 12 hour shift with no lunch because I had ordered it and didn't have time to go somewhere else. No apologies or anything. I called about a refund and was told no that i need to contact someone from the app that they couldn't do it. Will not return to this establishment.
