8Why did they try to wrap your sandwich like it is a Cuban cigar almost every single subway I've been to just destroys the bread when they wrap it.
Went in for lunch today for Halloween, and everyone was super friendly. I got an Outlaw sub with steak which was delicious.
Restaurant was very clean.
Everyone was efficient with my order.
HORRIBLE customer service. Staff decides to leave early and not turn off their online ordering and then can't help me with a refund. Seems nobody there knows what they're doing, employees should learn how to press a button to turn off online ordering

Good help is hard to find and that surely applies here. Deadpan, apathetic workers whose aim is to avoid issues and then go somewhere else.
Place was packed and they had online orders to fill had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on
Came during business hours, employees inside and doors locked. When customers tried to go in they just sat behind the counter and chuckled.
Pretty cool honestly.
The management needs to hire or schedule more at night. Everytime I'm in here there is only one poor worker dealing with a long list of online orders and a line of customers ALONE.
