Order online just to be closed when you go to pick up. No warning. Nothing. Waste time money and gas. Do not recommend.

Ordered through the subway app, didn’t get the subs right at all, wrong veggies and no cheese at all, don’t go here.

Went to subway redirected to this one and refused service cause she is tired wow 7: 00 at night don’t worry will not come to bother you anymore

Never been treated as if I was bothering the employees like today. Guy had an attitude with me and made me feel like he didn't really want me at this store. What happened to friendly customer service? Not to mention the disrespect towards elderly people. Little old lady came in for a sub and the associate with the dreads started yelling at her and giving her an attitude just because she didn't hear him

Horrible. Waited an hour for my online order of 2 subs. Had to even remind the staff I was waiting on an order. 1 sub was missing items on it and the other was completely wrong. They waited on every person that walked in right away and completely ignored all of the online orders.

I asked for extra pickles and they delivered! The sandwich was delicious, and fresh.t he bread was soft, and not dry or flaky! The gentleman making the sandwich was friendly!

I tried to get food from East main subway today I try to go in but doors were locked. I saw a worker in there pretty sure he seen I was trying to go in and order but didn't look like he cared. Otherwise this one isn't too bad needs better and more workers

Lovely polite lady took our orders. She was attentive to how we wanted our sandwiches, including one I ordered to go. I had her ring up everything & she offered to make the one to go while we were eating there so it didn't get soggy. Everything was fresh and plenty on all sandwiches. Very clean environment too. And as promised my to go was ready just as we finished eating. Will definitely be back.

I placed an online order 32 min in advanced. I did come early about 10 minutes and didn’t expect it to be ready. However, tell me why they were making customers sandwiches that walked in after me and now I didn’t get my order until almost 10 minutes AFTER my online time. Not a way to treat your customers.

On top of this I drove 5 min home and both sandwiches were completely soggy and gross. Will not be ordering from here again.

I just had the worst experience at this Subway. A worker Jen was helping my son and I. She was so rude and acted like she hated her job and the customers. This place has a metal shield so you can’t tell if the meat is fresh and what they are putting on the sandwich (she hardly put any meat on the three sandwiches). She commented that she likes it this way because customers complain too much. I told her this is one of the reasons I go to subway is to see how my sandwich is being made. She started a full fledged argument telling me that she can have her own opinion and if I don’t like it she doesn’t have to serve me. As we moved down the line I saw how old all the veggies were and mixed with other vegetables, some almost empty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned or restocked all day. The sandwiches were all over the place in the bag because they were not wrapped securely. There was no other customers in the restaurant at this time for her claim she was busy. The CEO needs to shut this location down or get better management to get these issues corrected. Is this a way to keep customers out of your store so you don’t have to work? Why are Subway workers so rude these days? It’s horrible that owners aren’t cracking down on the employees behavior on being more respectful towards customers. I was on my way home and this subway was the closest by. It’s a shame you have to go to different restaurants, picking and choosing to get treated good. I told her I will be writing this review she said be sure to get the name right.

Worst customer service ever! Walk in and get greater with a total attitude. No other customers in store. Waited about 8 minutes to acknowledge. Just so rude. Also did a door dash last week. Received the wrong order. Door dash driver was great. Said she arrived and was handed the order out the door. Travis said they were closed but it was 7pm. She told him the order was the wrong name. He said.no it's not.and shut the door. I called after getting the incorrect order and after speaking to door dash. I just simply wanted to come pick up the correct order as it was for my daughter and cost 17.00 on door dash. Travis said. Call door dash nothing I can do.and hung up. Please just shut down already. Terrible!

Sean is mg boyfriend. And i just copied and pasted my post i put on facebook.

Ravenna subway next to cost cutters sucks.
Ordered 3 subs. All the same. Only difference was mine had Chipotle sauce Sean's had ranch and the last didn't have any sauces.
And I ordered extra sides so me and Sean can split the 3rd tomorrow at work.

All had the wrong bread (no note or even verbally told if they didn't have the bread I ordered) and none of the were toasted.

Mine was horribly soggy that they had to double wrap it. And it was just yuck.
Sean said the ranch had no flavor and it tasted like just wet bread.
And the 3rd had Hella ranch on it.knowing the ranch tastes like wet bread I dint even wanna try the 3rd one.

Soooo slow, cant talk and make subs at the same time, stood inside for 15 minutes and in that time they made 2 subs

I worked at subway for 4 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I placed an online order to pick up at 7: 45 and we paid on the app as well. We got there and the doors were locked with a piece of paper on the door that said “closing at 7: 30” but there were still people eating inside the store. There were 3 other people standing outside that had ordered through the app also and the worker would not unlock the door and let us inside, instead he turned off the lights and proceeded to say he was going to call the cops. The guy standing outside with us ended up calling the cops and explained that we ordered and paid for food and we would like an explanation as to why our food isn’t being prepared and why we aren’t receiving a refund. The worker wouldn’t even open the door for the cops until they made him. We found out the workers name was Travis and I will be calling corporate as well about this issue. This is unacceptable and very poor management.

Placed an online order for 7: 45 arrived at the store at that time. There were pieces of paper taped to the door saying closed at 7: 30. Although there were 2 customers in the store eating. There were 3 customers waiting outside in the cold myself included. No information on how to get our money back. He turned off the lights and was yelling he was going to call the cops. So instead we called the cops due to all of us being confused as to how to get our money back. Cops arrived and he would not open the door. After finally complying with Ravenna PD, he opened the door and threw a pity party on how he was overwhelmed. If that’s the case maybe find a new career one that’s more comfortable. UNEMPLOYMENT!
Long story short this characters name is Travis and he works at this subway. Terrible in every step of the situation very sad.

Worst service ever. I ordered online and still waited over an hour while they made everyone else's food including other online orders that came in after me. The employees were arguing with one another and were very inappropriate in front of customers. The male employee bent over and his entire a** was hanging out. Again avoid this location go down the street to the other one.

Mainly about a certain worker.
She was working at 2: 45pm on Wednesday and she was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend and burnt his food and didn't even heat mine up as I requested.it took about 20 minutes for 2 subs.she also didnt put what my boyfriend wanted on his sandwich.
