Subway, Orient OH

I ordered online a sandwich that was only available online. I got there and she said that they don't do that one and I explained that it was available online only and she responded "I don't care". Older white lady for what it's worth. I've worked in Food Service for over a decade and that is not how you talk to customers.

I went to this Subway after the one on 665 would not take coupons. This store took my coupons. The lady working was very polite. She did a great job making 3 footlong subs for me. Everything was very clean and the food was fresh. My new Subway location.

This subway is worth a visit, tucked away in the corner, cozy like your favorite library. Staff was very friendly, and we had a great chat as the food was expertly made. Well organized overall and the other half of the store is a convenient gas station. Everything you need is here and at a great price.

Like the other reviews — the service was terrible. The woman serving me was upset I asked her to change her gloves, and just generally seemed annoyed she was doing her job. The location itself is run down and grimy. Don’t go here, there are several other gas stations and Subways in the area, go to one of those.

I would like to give negative stars for service! Diane was the woman who was working there she was wearing gloves but never changed them or took them off when she was touching other things not just the register but her FACE AND HAIR that was in a braid she would toss over her shoulder. I asked her to change her gloves before she made my sandwich and she said sure which she did but she wasn't done dealing with customer Infront of me she had made her food but not rung her out. I don't know why she was doing things the way she was. So she left the woman at the register to make my sandwich cause she had already changed out the gloves. In the middle of making my sandwich she stopped and went up and rang the woman out and apologized to her for making her wait but never took the gloves off or changed them out. I laughed at her and told her that wanted her to change her gloves and she said that the woman had been waiting and she wasn't going to keep her waiting anymore. She never changed her gloves and touch her hair and face twice while making my food. I didn't think my request was hard or wrong and I wasn't holding anything up it was how she did things that took time. I don't normally eat at subway and am sorry I chose to today and will never go to this place again!

The girl that took care of me was fantastic. But it's in a Walmart. If you want comedy at it's best, lunch and a show.
