Subway, Cincinnati OH

Workers are awesome, food is always fresh when the owner is not there breathing down the neck of the employees. Otherwise service is awesome.

I would like to say that Mike and Miranda gave the best service that I have experienced in a long time. The customer service was excellent and I will be back and also recommend to everyone about this subway. Thank you for the fast polite and unique service.sincerely charolette.

Subway on W Kemper is the best around all due to Mike - Best Ever;. He always makes your sandwich perfectly and is always pleasant. Give him a raise!

Ordered online. Still got order wromg.put things I'm allergic too in the salad, I paid for double meat and it wasn't cut or put in the salad just on top.then very rudely they told me to drive 20 minutes back to get my money back or a new one. You should be able to give someone credit for paying $12 for a Salad. Subway by Kable Staffing by far the best! I want a corporate number.

Food is great but never ever make a mistake ordering, they will not remake it for you. “I’ll take it off but we can’t remake” exact words. What kind of customer service is that!

A nice change of pace from greasy burgers and fries. The lady working there gave me a free cookie too because I was eyeing them. The workers have always been nice.

52 years old. NEVER have had food poisoning.until today. Ate at this location today and I Haven’t left the toilet since 6 pm. I will never eat at this Subway or for that matter Any Subway again

Horrible the man working told me I could only get two sandwiches because he was the only one there got an attitude because I chose the cheesey garlic bread saying that they take too long to prepare I urge everyone to avoid this location

Poor service. Fairly rude. This was second time at this location, thought I'd give them a second chance. Regretted it.

Since I went thru the drive thru these fools think they can get away with putting one jalepenos on my sandwich when I asked for a ton "extra, like two hand full of jalepenos".

I went there and ordered a sandwich and I came to $10.78 for one sandwich. With s lady who doesn't speek English at all. And I pay with my card and they say there is no money, so I went to a store and bought stuff to the same amount and the card worked. What happened to the customer is always right.

Went in this morning and ordered a footlong Italian B. M. T.and added roast beef cashier rang me in and total was $10. I asked why was told because i 2 slices of roast beef is an extra $3. What a rip off. Told them i dont want the sandwich and want my money back. Cashier gave me attitude.said she already rang me up and made the sandwich.

I went there at 8 20 they don't close till 9 (i called). Went to drive thru and sat for 10 minutes even asking if they were open.no one said sorry we are closed nothing of the sort. There were 2 workers in there. The open sign was on as was the open drive thru sign. My first and last time, I won't be back smh.
