Subway Restaurants, Cleveland OH

Very nice people there they were especially very kind & well mannered to my children also love the workers & food there

Got 10 sandwiches yesterday for an event and Ali was wonderful in making sure each sandwich was done properly. Really impressed and she was great!

I belivee its the Manger, short girl, slim with darker hair. I eat spinach salads one time she told me that I couldn't get all spinach so I haven't returned until today, she was working today so Ask for a crab salad which wasn't mixed properly it had no mayo in it it was very dry As always when I visit subway I order a spinach salad when I got home to eat it was the smallest salad I ever eaten from subway
And the bc she feels as if I couldn't order a spinach salad. I never have this issue any other subways

I thought it was not a good visit because there was only 1 service rep with a long line at a Very busy ti.e of day. I missed My lunch at work so i3wasnt even able to enjoy the sandwich.

I asked for a veggie delight and this is what I got, where is the Lettuce? The woman looked like she did not care and I am never going to that location ever again

Love this Subway very polite workers food always fresh and you get exactly what you asked for without them charging you extra love you guys see you Tuesday

I asked for a BMT with banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes & southwest sauce and they gave me a Big Mac!

They were rude, and rushing us the entire time. Had an attitude the entire time and was not pleasant at all. Put very little vegetables on my sandwich and would roll her eyes if asked to put a bit more.

The veggies looked pretty bad and there had been flies all over the bread like if you have large orders i understand you have to do your job but dont take as much of the bread out or other veggies and make sure they are fresh

They have the worst customer service and rudest employees I've ever encountered at a Subway franchise. I have no idea how they're still in business. Drive the extra few minutes over to the Clark Ave. Subway. I've never had a problem there.
