We arrived around 815 pm for a 9pm appointment on a Saturday. We were rolling by 915pm. Very fast and friendly. The girl at the gate was awesome!

When the company you work for lies and doesn’t tell you that they know you will be a work in, maybe it’s time to look elsewhere.
When a shipper treats you horribly because they think you ruined there day by being late so they take it out on the driver.
Helping shippers move there product is becoming unbearable.

They're worth 0 stars! Extremely slow! Avoid this place. Workers be playing on the phone and snacking instead of working! Then you finally get a door and after 3hrs, your reefer running, they tell you to go wash your trailer. It's after 2p weekend and the nearest place is closed so you have to drive all the way to KY. Complete disregard of drivers. If you value your job and time, STAY AWAY!

Showed up 3 hrs before my appointment time. Got loaded in about 2 1/2 hrs. Friendly gaurd and staff

Felt like a fool checking cause I miss read the load confirmation. I showed up 28 hours early the young man checking me in said give me a few minutes to chexk on few things came back to tell me we'll load you but it will be early evening. I said ok 6pm I was loaded an leavimg 23 hours early.

We got there at noon to get loaded and half our load was on another truck that was running late. Just left at 7pm. This load has to be in Groveport by 9pm. We are gonna be cutting it so close. They either need more help on Saturdays or better. The guy that took our paper work kept walking around on his phone and smoking his vape. Only saw one other guy besides the gaurd.

Appt at 2000 came in at 1800. Called me to a door 5 mins before my appt. Took 4 hrs to load. In the office workers were being ratchet as hell and having side conversations that prevented them from doing their job. The level of incompetence took another hour just to be told there system is down and I couldn’t get my bills. Overnight parking!

Hi I am here 12.30pm for 1pm apt but still here they make me run out of hrs they d ok mare about ur t kkk me I recommend u don't get load from sugar creck

This is the worst facility in my 9years.been sitting for 12hrs and counting.still no direct or guaranteed assurance from the shipping office. Won't be returning

Had a 7 am appointment still waiting for a dock at 9: 30 am. Only good thing I guess is they say they allow overnight parking. If I'd known that could have been here Sunday afternoon and not wasted time driving from Flying J to here at 5: 30 am. Well the good t hing is I'll get an 8hr break here. Th e y gave me a door at 10: 00 and it's 13: 15 now so I only have to wait another hour and half and break is done. It'll probably take that long for paperwork.

The worst company.it took them 16 hr to give me the dock, and they still not loading. They like a turtles

15min late on a Friday 10am appt.it’s 4pm now & they are just now telling me that they can’t unload trailer until Monday because I was late. Seems like it’s their way of punishing a driver for being late as if I was purposely late. Very unprofessional staff and management in Shipping and Receiving. Takes 15 min to unload. Guess they couldn’t figure it out.

No. Just no. They ordered this product. 4 hours later, still sitting while they decide what to do with it.
