Security guy was nice and helpful. Quick unloading. No overnight parking but you can try your luck on street but not many spaces.

Friendly security guards but as far as them getting you in to get unloaded it’s a hit or miss type place. I had a 1700 appointment and checked in at 12: 48. I still didn’t get docked til almost 2100 and got done at 2255. Other people have had better luck. So to everyone else good luck.

Showed up at 245 pm for a 5pm appt.at 7 Inquired about the progress of the load and I guess there's only one person working inside the whole facility based on the attitude of the lady inside, and its her, and the more I bother her the slower things get done.it's now 830, and the same generic "I'm working on it" answers again.there's no restrooms. It's a quarter mile walk to the nearest businesses with restrooms (all of whom are pretty resentful of us drivers having to do that).

Plenty of overnight parking on street all the way down and into the dead end if need be. Walk your bills to guard shack they will write your number down and call you when they have a dock. Arrived night before the lady was super nice and very helpful. Next morning got call the new guard on days was very descriptive. If you get lost with his directions hang up the keys. Go to your door place your bills in the back of trailer and back in. Pretty fast unload under 1 hour for truckload of combos.

Don't waste your time here unless you get detetion pay because came in 4 30 appointment was at 5 didn't get dock door till 6 30 they didn't have me out till 9 overall guard shack people are very nice wouldn't waste my time going there waste of time and appointment time means nothing to them

So far they are negative *'s. My appt was at 6: 30pm. I arrived at 6pm. It's now 10: 03pm and I'm still sitting on the side street waiting for a dock door.
So it's 10: 09pm and they just called for me to come back to the guard shack. It's 10: 35 pm, just back in dock door and they already began to unload me. If they get me unloaded it will go from negative *'s to 4*'s.
The unload process was super fast.

They allow relationships between employees, such as supervisor and packers etc…. Very unethic.
