What a great and knowledgable staff! Know so much about birds and habitats. Will share the wealth of knowledge. Your free to roam the store and interact, but they will put the welfare of these birds first. So kids behave all the more reason to trust your next bird to Sugarcreek!

First time in the store me and my fiancé are looking for a family bird and have done a lot of reading and watching videos on the birds we are looking at.still had questions so we took the 45 minute down and I’m sorry I forget the employees name that helped us but she was very nice.answered everything we asked and didn’t give us any issues even signed us up on a waiting list for a Quaker I think her names started with a l just wanted to review after reading some of the reviews we had a great experience

I came from Columbus to this farm. Wonderful place with wonderful people. Good parrots play with children. Funny ones fly on my head Or stole water from my daughter. Black handsome was very Cool. He was the funniest. The staff answered all our questions. Come all you will see many beautiful birds

Best place around for bird supplies. Great place to see several kinds of Parrots and birds. A lot of knowledgeable workers that are very helpful.

SCBF is the premiere bird store in Ohio. Anytime we are in the area, we always try to stop. Bernie and her staff are in incredibly knowledgeable about any and all bird questions you may have. Highly recommend coming when the aviary is open to play with some feathered friends

Bernie and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about all things birds. We just purchased our 3rd from sugarcreek, always a great experience! The store is well stocked and easy to find items. I can't say enough amazing things about Sugarcreek. Highly recommend them for a new bird and all your bird needs.

While I was there I saw a customer who was a young lady smacking a bird on the beak ruff housing with a small bird.
I was very impressed with how the obviously annoyed staff immediately intervened and kindly educated this customer as to why she is not to do that. Explaining the bird doesn't understand that kind of aggressive play and not to do that as it will make this gentle sweet bird aggressive toward others.

They are overall a bit expensive but they are the only bird store in the area. The parents retired a few years ago so the business has been updated and some things have changed. I was in last night and was over charged a dollar on a toy that was clearly marked. I've been a customer for years! I really loved the bird shows and miss them but the fair grounds was torn down.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. If you like animals and don't mind some physical contact, this is th place for you. Better than a zoo and very friendly staff.
