Update.they responded to my review and straight up lied on the reply. Not one member asked if I knew how to operate or offered to show me. Trying to make me look like the bad guy in the review. I know how to operate it but that's not the point. The staff is extremely rude in the back and not helpful at all. And ya test if it works without being under a load. Once you put it under a load, it's a big POS with lose and sticking controls.

Definitely do not recommend renting machines from them.

I rented a Kubota loaded, and it was beat up pretty bad. Controls for the bucket would stick and not work properly. Bucket controls on the back where so wore out I could not even sit on the back and use it.
The guy who is in charge of inspection and release of the unit was so rude and not helpful at all. He did not even show me how to use the machine I had to get a manager to help.
They did not even check the fluids before I picked it up. Also, they said it had a full tank, but that was not true either it was 4gal below full.
The only reason I am not giving them a 1 star is because their pricing and timing were decent. But I should have spent a little more and got a better machine somewhere else. Lesson learned, I guess.
Don't use them unless you want a bear up machine and rude service at pick up and drop off area.

I rented the kubota mini backhoe for digging up very hard ground. I know my yard, tons of large rocks and packed dirt from 50 years ago. I'm getting too old for using a matock and shovel. This tractor easily pulled away all of the hard packed dirt for a new shed. Then I hauled 5 yards of stone with the front loader. It worked great. I'm sure I'll be using it again in the near future. I've been using Sully's for over 30 years.

Brittney was wonderful! She went above and beyond to help with a last minute venue change and some complications we had. She was very understanding and I can’t Thank her enough for going the extra mile to make the wedding go off without a hitch! Awesome job Brittney!

My son was getting married and the ceremony was supposed to be outside. The week before the wedding the weather forecast called for rain. We kept hoping it would clear up enough so we could have the ceremony outside. But the Thursday before the wedding it was clear that the weather was not going to cooperate. So in a panic I called Sully’s to rent a tent for the ceremony. Not only did Britany at Sully’s help us out at the last minute with not one but two tents she was also were very accommodating and easy to work with! I highly recommend Sully’s!

Shelleys has been my go to place for rental equipment for the last 20 years. Whether I’m looking for a hand tool or a skid steer they have a great selection. And by far the best attribute is Amanda who gets 10 stars for Customer Service.

Sullys did an AMAZING job setting everything up for our backyard wedding! Amanda was very efficient and kind to work with from the very beginning when I submitted a request for more info. She emailed with me and set up an entire quote in no time! The team communicated several days before hand on the time of delivery which was nice so we could have the area they were going to set up in all cleared. The team was very nice while setting up and tearing down. We rented tables, chairs, linens, the moss wall and the giant tent and were very pleased! Everyone who came to the wedding raved about the set up! Thank you so much Sullys team!

Great company to work with. Fair prices. They take excellent care of their equipment. They have just about everything you might need. Couldn't have started my business without them.

Second bad experience. I will not be back. Last experience was a dull stump grind. Today was a wheeled power wagon that wouldn’t go up a hill. Good thing I tested it before it was loaded with concrete. Had to wheel it by hand because cement truck was there. Went to load it back on trailer and pull cord broke and couldn’t start it. No surprise since it was cord was frayed. Had to call and wait for them to bring a different recoil. Due to waiting I couldn’t return it on time because I had to pick up son at school first. Explained to workers I never used it and a worker scooped up mud on the trailer and said this fresh cement. I guess that says it all when some idiot doesn’t know the difference between mud and concrete. AVOID THIS PLACE! Many better options for tool rental.

I received a call to discuss my experience after the review. Very good conversation and was told I would receive a refund. The refund is appreciated, but it was really about how I was treated. I was told that issue would be addressed too. I much appreciate the follow up.

Refused to put rental in my car saying would rip my seat even after I said I would sign off.on it but needed them to load it costing an hr of 3 peoples time

Very helpful loading up a couple of tables I needed. Friendly employees with a sense of humor.

So there chippers have dual teeth. I clogged a 12inch chipper chipping smaller pine brush and they told me a 12in chipper is for wood that if I wanted to chip brush i should of got the 6inch lol then Im being charged for them to fix there chipper because they didn't clogg it. So not only on the paperwork do they charge a damage waiver now they charge you for there employees to do there job. I will never use sulleys again maybe there good at renting chairs and cups but work tools there a joke

The way Sully's does business and treats their customers is unprofessional and confrontational. I rented chairs that weren't in a condition to be used. When we dropped them off and explained our disappointment, Sully's treated us in an incredibly rude manner and refused to give a full refund even though the product was not used. They told us if we wanted clean chairs we can go and pay $50 for brand new ones and just not rent them. She also said she can't read everyone's minds on what type of event the customer wants and the type of chairs they need. They lack accountability and place blame on the customer when something doesn't go right (you can see it for yourself in responses to customer reviews). Update: Since I wrote my review, they've clearly asked companies they work with to fill out high star ratings for them since my review caused their overall score to drop.
