2 I always appreciate how they get me in promptly. Minimal waiting in the lobby or exam room, in comparison to some other primary care practices to which I've been before. All concerns have been addressed so far.
Edit: It would be nice if the providers directly returned phone calls, as opposed to a "nurse gatekeeper" model in which you can't speak to them directly without coming in.
I only continue going here because it’s easier than finding a new doctor. They don’t believe you when you tell them what’s wrong. Had to go 3 weeks with a uti because the test came back negative (I got there before it was bad enough to be positive) and they wouldn’t believe me until I was peeing blood. They are condescending and rude to everyone and their office hours are inconvenient. Good luck trying to get a refill on anything in time.
