Summerwood Commons, Cleveland OH

The team here is phenomenal. Ms. Rogers is a great property manager shes active on the complex and she walks around and interacts with the tenants. The Maintenence team no other property has has nothing on Summerwoods team. They are fast and gets things done. Summerwood is a great place to live.

The maintenance department has done an excellent job of responding to my requests in a timely order. I had to have my kitchen sink replaced 3 months ago and I had my dishwasher and A/C unit fixed today. Darryl and Russell did a great job. Thanks guys!

The worst. It would be better living in the streets then here. Worst place in euclid. Mail doesnt come ever. No place to park ever. An if it snows its a death trap. An they could careless.

I love my apartment. I have a 2bed 2bath apartment with an extended kitchen. I have two separate sides to my apartment with all new carpet and a patio. I simply love it. The community is very quiet as well.

These people that live here pay a lot of money for rent the people who live here never have anywhere to park their vehicles cause of other vehicles that don’t belong there so then when they park somewhere they not supposed to on the property summerwood will tow the tenant’s vehicle not too mention now they are telling the residents they can’t BBQ on the property anymore as much money as those families pay for rent they are not allowed to have grills on the premises anymore it’s NO security so safety is a huge issue I’m not bashing anyone but what’s being done is just not right for the residents that pay to live at that location.

Love the apt, everything I ever wanted.it gives a real home atmosphere, the staff was wonderful thank you Shenna!
