Welcome to Ohio where they baby these grown men and let them not pay child support years lower it to 9$ a month while I’m paying over 1000 in expenses for one child’s daycare and food. They care about the dads more than the children.they punish the good ones and let the dead beats be dead beats. Stark county would never wish I had my youngest in stark too. My friend from out of state says Ohio child support is a joke where she’s from they don’t play you don’t support your kid you get that license suspended and will still have to pay to provide for the child as you should.

Horrible group of people here. They never follow up on cases that are to be closed, they always blame someone else when they make mistakes. They took an extra 3700 in child support from me for months after my case was supposed to be closed, all obligations were met, they never gave the monies to my child's mother and won't give it back to me. I guess it's lawyer time.

Never a pick up. Never a call back. They don't check up on how the lonely gets spent. I have to buy my kids everything after I give my ex 1200 a month. Where's the money going to? They don't know.

I drove down there paid to park only to get to the fifth floor to pick up the phone outside their door and have to talk to them that way. No person interaction, don't get me wrong the lady on the phone was very nice but I said I want to talk to someone in person she said yeah you will just gotta collect information first. But never got to, this place is unorganized. I have health insurance for a kid me and my husband took in couple months back. Yeah took this kid in, he was a friend of my sons, we have no relation to him. And this place didn't read the custody paperwork right and sent a letter to my husband's work for them to start health care for the him when i already have it. So we have paid double health care for a kid because of this place. And they dont even care we are out over $300 when it was their fault. They were rude to my husband, and are treating him like he is a dead beat dad. Also the custody paperwork I was the primary and they kicked my name off the case and just went after my husband, sounds like some lady there has a problem with men.

I have dealt with child support in the state of Florida and Georgia. Horrible slow states that don't do their work. Ohio is sooo much better than those states. Ohio child support has always responded to me immediately when reaching out.
