Summit Park Apartments LLC, Columbus OH

So far i have had no issues, i i ha noticed on this review that many have issues, but all i can say is make sure you clean up after yourself, dont don anyone mess up YOUR apartment, and youre good.summit park helped me, efficiently. 5stars

Worst place you could ever live in. They refused to fix major damages you can tell over and over again until your blue in the face that something needs fixed and they don't show up. I've had a hole in my livingroom ceiling since March have told them repeatedly that it needs fixed it was never put on a work order, my a/c hasn't worked since April repeatedly told them about that it's almost August and my a/c still doesn't work and they know I have a child in my home. Please don't waste your money or your time here. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Update: Now they're trying to evict us the property manager admitted to there being work orders put in place for the issues but had to come and see for herself and was very rude the whole time. I highly advise for no one to rent here the property manager doesn't care about the maintenance of the houses she only cares about the money.

I have been a resident for almost 4 years and I just recently renewed. I was in a shelter before this. I worked very hard doing double shifts. My credit was not great. But a former tenant told me they love living here. They gave me an apartment and most of the time it is quiet. I needed things to be fixed and repaired and through procedures it was.some of the staff and maintenance did not want to help or do their job that has nothing to do with management and they are no longer here. I am not just speaking from a tenant point of view but a business and landlord point of view. If you have a complaint get a work order. The exterminator will come when scheduled and follow the instructions. It makes his job easier. I personally do not like it when neighbors want to fight or dogs want to bite. That is what 911 is for. I do realize and recognize I could live elsewhere but I would be paying more and rent going up higher at $50.00 to $100.00 instead of $20.00. I love the convenience of bus lines, grocery stores, fast food restaurant, a little medical clinic, a new senior medical clinic, other retail stores, and I am near a mall. I am not far from any of the above. I use Bengal Gold Roach Spray because it keeps roaches from reproducing and I asked a neighbor about the mice and D-Con works good because it messes with their mind and eventually kills them. Do your part for your place and do not expect every tenant everywhere to do as you or management to completely get rid of a problem of this magnitude without putting each and every tenant in a hotel for months plus destroy every mice field in Columbus. I love living in my apartment but I do not like living with trouble. Trouble is every where. It is how you handle it living anywhere you go. When it is time to leave I want to leave peacefully in the proper procedure. I am grateful to live here because I could be homeless living in the shelter or streets. Thank you Brenda.

It’s a nightmare. Mice infestation, roach infestation, they take forever to fix things and when they do they take forever. Do not move in here.

They never fix anything, worst apartments I have ever lived, I would never lived there again! Don’t rent here!

Yes, you’ll get a good deal to move in & the pictures look great. The apartments on the inside are nice & big. The apartments on the outside are not great. Management is alright. HOWEVER, there is a MAJOR roach problem. They will come out of EVERYWHERE. They aren’t taking the time to get to the problem & kick people out who are living dirty. Honestly if I were you, I would go elsewhere unless this is the only place you can afford. If I could give zero stars I would. It was nice to get out of there without breaking the lease thanks to management. But they’re definitely dirty. The reviews aren’t lying. I was only there for three days and moved.

I move here back in December I like it here the place is nice my neighbors are all nice people I would recommend this place to my friends and family a place is what you make of it and this the place to Be the manger are nice I tell them I need this fix and they come fox fix it and they work with me if need be

I have lived here for a year now and I love it! The office is very caring and so nice. When I have a problem in my apartment (which is seldom) maintenance comes really quick and fixes the problem right away. My apartment is so nice and cozy. If anyone needs a apartment please come check it out for yourself. You will be happy you did. And I just signed my lease for another year! I have no roaches at all no mice. They have made alot of changes here and it has improved and keeps improving!

Alecia was amazing. Move in was nice easy and quick. The apartments are pretty decent. There’s more than enough room for my daughter to grow. Definitely excited for this new adventure. Thanks summit park we’re happy!

It was a nice simply process and fast approval as long as you met basic requirements. They are extremely nice and cheap compared to some places. I was paying 701 for a 1bd not even 10 mins from here and you can have a 2bd here for 690. If your looking for a new place I would definitely recommend coming to summit park.

Place is infested with roaches, mice, and bedbugs. They overcharge for these apartments and you will not get your security deposit back.

I Just Moved Out Due to the Mice And Roaches Taking over the apartment I was 10 Days late turning in my letter stating im Not renewing and they Kept my 670.00 Deposit But never came to fix door that was broken the entire time i lived there and they didnt replace my air mattress after the rain cause the bedroom ruff to fall in and they refused to come clean it i had to clean it up.the refused to give me there corporate number and the maintaince guys they hired off the street stole my change jar i went to work and came home and it was gone i contacted the office and they said it was nothing they can do if i cant prove it please dont leave money laying around they steal from you!

As of 4.25.2019 there was as of 7: 15 p.m. A shooting on the complex.

Last summer and African man murdered his wife, daughter, and her friend on the property.

There is a huge crime and drug problem surrounding the complex and neighborhood. Future Tennant's beware.

Horrible place do not move here mice infested they never fix anything leasing office is very rude DO NOT MOVE HERE And they prices are to high for the apartment it’s not even worth 300 honestly if I could I wouldn’t even give them a star
