The tanning is nice. The employees are nice until you try to cancel. Not military friendly especially those who are in limbo on ets or deployments. I was told my package was $85/months but with all the “fees” I was charged 111.41. Turns out I was not paying for the $85 I was paying for the $95. With all of this I decided I should just cancel. I have only been twice and just unhappy with my experience. My cancellation fee was waived but now I am out $111.41 for a service I can not use. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Yes the tanning is nice but when it comes to cancellation/fees/ customer service during cancellation it is just not worth the headache. I wish I would have listened to my friends about not going to this place but I decided to give it a shot. It’s just insane how much of a money hungry business places can be now. It just wasn’t a great experience.not to mention the staff is very “we’re sorry about this” but aren’t actually sorry and we’re horribly mannered.
