Sunforest OB/GYN Associates, Sylvania OH

I enjoy my services with ProMedica, Ive been going there for as long as I can remember I send my children there. This however was my first time receiving services from an OB-GYN with ProMedica. I had Dr. Ann Rhee her team was great and so was she but I wasn’t happy with the fact she denied me the right to get my tubes tied after my third child at 28 because she thought I was too young. I was admin on not getting any form of birth control so it resulted in me practicing natural forms of b.c… long story short (8m later after my son) my husband and I are expecting AGAIN and the best part is Dr. Rhee’s team called (my mother) to inform me that I was dropped from Sunforest (basically) in retaliation of offending a male Doctor who helped deliver my son. I told them I would like a female doctor due to my religion I was asked if it would be okay if a male doctor assisted me in a life or death situation I agreed and signed a paper with that statement. Well it came the that point and when I saw the male doctor come into my room I was startled due to being completely nude and asked him to leave the room until I was covered properly. I could tell he was at least frustrated and I apologized and thanked him for his services. Having to schedule my first appointment for the second pregnancy my mother called me and said. They said you were dropped because you want a female doctor and they have men on their team. This whole situation was just depressing, wrong and discriminatory.
But hey what can you do?

Dr waggoner has been absolutely fantastic, has always been there with a helping hand on situations I have concerns on, her nurses that help her and us as well are just absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t ask for a better obgyn she has officially made me so comfortable, I was shy at first but definitely opened up, also has let me advocate for myself on my delivery choice, as I bring my daughter into this world I can’t help but have that bittersweet feeling of not being able to see them! Dr. Rhee is also amazing as I had her my last obgyn visit pregnant. And answered any last minute questions I had, highly recommend both of these ladies

Dr. Litt is the most incredible doctor I’ve ever seen. She never makes you feel rushed, always makes sure you’re fully informed, and she will always make sure she’s fully prepared/knowledgeable about everything going on with you and your pregnancy. I literally couldn’t say enough good things about her or the staff at sun forest!

My first impression of the office was it was clean, well set up, everyone was friendly from start to finish.

I see Dr. Rolf-Anderson per friend referral. She was amazing. Very thorough and kind.
I love this office.

I called Sunforest OB/GYN to make an appointment with a FEMALE doctor that was recommended to me. I was told because years ago I saw a different MALE doctor one time that I was considered his patient and I could not switch. I have not seen this doctor in years nor do I feel comfortable with him. I told the receptionist this and was informed that she would need to check with both doctors. She called back and told me that I could not switch because that is their policy. This policy is absolutely ridiculous and does not serve the patient at all! To force a woman to see a MALE doctor that she is not comfortable with for no reason other then "it's policy" is terrible! I will not be making an appointment with any doctor at Sunforest. In fact I will be not returning to a Promedica OB/GYN until this policy is changed.

Dr Ralph Anderson was absolutely TERRIBLE while my brothers girlfriend was in labor with her first baby. I rushed her to the hospital and she was rushed into the delivery room as she was 9 cm dilated with a bulging sac. Not only was she very MEAN AND DISRESPECTFUL to her during her whole birthing process but she was so ROUGH! She broke my nieces collar bone during birth and was just over all nasty. She made nasty remarks to her the whole time. She yelled at her she gave her a nasty stair when my sister in law said she was scared and in pain. I have had derosa for YEARS and I LOVE him however every interaction I have ever had with Ralph Anderson has been terrible and I am LIVID at the way my SIL was treated.

I checked in around 3: 30 for my 4PM appointment. I came to the front desk at 4: 15 and asked the front desk if they had me checked in. No communication just said that he was behind. I came back up at 4: 30 and was told that he just took back the 3: 50 appointment and there was still another person in front of me. I said that I need to R/S as I now have been there around an hour. The front desk was rude and then sent me to R/S and then had to schedule a month out after I already waited 2 months for this appointment. I bet the doctor is amazing but because of his staff I will not be returning.

Dr. Litt is amazing! She has helped me in so many ways I could go on about her for hours. Her nurses are also amazing.

The people are friendly, nice place, they try to get you in and out. My wife goes to an OBGYN here and my daughter sees her Pediatrician here. I personally love it and love the team!

I have seen Dr. Rhee for a little over a year, and she is amazing, all the doctors here are actually amazing as well. I delivered with another doctor in office, Dr. Drenchko, and him and his staff are amazing as well! Nothing but good things to say about this office. I’m very appreciate of Julie as well, whenever I call I get her, and she is awesome, she is always understanding and she is amazing at her job!
I’m so grateful for this office and their staff.

Doc. Litt is amazing! She holds no judgement, she is super easy to talk to, and listens to any and all of your concerns. Her office staff is the best I've ever dealt with. I'm so glad I switched to her a couple years ago!

Dr. Litt is awesome! The nurses are really hit or miss. The ultrasound techs are nice. You can get in easily when pregnant but you have to schedule your annual like 3-4 months in advanced. Usually a long wait time unless you get lucky. It does feel like a mini hospital.

Awful office staff and incompetent doctors. Male doctors who don't understand women. Do not go!

I had a good experience the 9 months i went. But everybody has a different opinion. There's always that one debby downer tho lol. But anyways, i seen Jeffery Judis! He took very good care of me and my baby. I had gestational hypertension and be made sure i had an ultrasound every month to make sure my baby was healthy, i got induced at 39 weeks. Starting at 30 weeks, i had to do a non stress test every week until i gave birth. Definitely wanna go back when i decide to have my last baby.

Absolutely amazing! Dr Rhee and her receptionist Julie are always so sweet, understand and beyond amazing! I am so happy i stuck with Dr Rhee when she moved from maumee!

Doctor Joann Rolf-Anderson is truly amazing! She has been my mom's Ob-Gyn for years and she delivered me 22 years ago! Now I go to her and it's an honor. I wouldn't want anyone else. I was pretty nervous for my very first exam last year, but was immediately relieved when she stepped into the room. She is the sweetest, warmest, most genuine and caring person any woman could possibly have for an Ob-Gyn. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with her kindness, gentleness and wonderful, professional bedside manner. She is clearly so passionate about what she does. And so knowledgeable. We talked in her office both before and after the exam so she could set me up with a plan for birth control that I was comfortable with. She then explained everything beforehand so I would know what to expect, and talked me through everything as it happened to put my nerves to rest. She answered every single question and concern I had with thorough and detailed explanations. She never rushed and made sure I was in a good place when I left. Other doctors and OBs could learn a lot from her. I would never hesitate to recommend her, she's the absolute best!
I have since gone back and she continues to be the sweetest ever.

Her nurse Jean is also a sweetheart!

The Sunforest building is so great, nice layout and very clean as well as kind and helpful staff. I give it 5 stars for sure.

Dr Rhee is amazing and her staff is unbeatable, especially Julie. I did not visit with other doctors in the practice but I highly recommend.
