Sunnydale Estates, Toledo OH

I love it here! It's clean! Located in one of the best parts of town, right next to a nature preserve. I've been here almost 3 years. Maintenance are awesome and prompt. The Office is always ready to help and neighbor friendly. I like walking to Tamaron next door and watching the deer and bald eagles who've nested. It's just peaceful and calm.

I have finished out four different leases happily and have never had an experience like this. This is the worst place you could ever live at. Staff is extremely rude and has no empathy when it's a hundred and ten degrees out and our AC went out they told us it's not an emergency and my girlfriend is pregnant I put work orders in and they say they're finished 30 seconds later after putting them in. Spiteful, hateful, lazy, not willing to work with you. I do not recommend at all letting someone live here

Maintenance is trash! Won’t fix hole in ceiling.very unprofessional. Says “nothing is wrong with it. This is how they leave apartments after maintenance “checks it out”

It's been over 6 months since my mothers storage unit was unlawfully entered and the contents of it taken by the staff. She was evicte shortly after and never received any response from Mindy, I'm filling a formal complaint with The housing authority Tomorrow morning.

I went and viewed a floor plan was very impressed with Ms Jones! Considering making this my home!

Answered all questions and the lady in the office was very nice when I spoke to her. I would recommend this to be a nice place to call home.

For the most part I'm satisfied. The maintenance people are hard working and have taken care of any problems I've had quickly. The lawn service leaves a lot to be desired. But on the whole management does well.

Had a conversation with Ms Jones and seeing that I'm not from toledo she was very helpful and I'm setting up an appointment to visit the property!

Been searching for an apartment since april. No one answers the phone and folks offices are locked. Called Sunnysale and was offered an in person tour AND a virtual tour. I am in the process of filling out an application now. Thank you Holly and staff!

Tonisha is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding individual. That type of energy is important when dealing with the stresses of moving.

Great management and awesome office staff, good neighbors, quiet place to live, nice amenities, work orders are completed in a timely manner, great location, and I absolutely love that it is a pet friendly community. I've been a long time resident with Sunnydale and look forward to many more years here in my spacious, comfortable and cozy home. I love it here.

I lived here for a few months now. I enjoy the community very much. The maintenance guys have been awesome. And office staff has been very helpful. I have enjoyed my time here so far! I highly recommend this place.

I don't know why so many negative reviews for office staff. I called around to find an apartment for when my mother comes home in a couple month's and i had a pleasant experience the lady i spoke to was Tonisha and she was very kind and helpful.

90 degrees in my apartment with the A/C on full, because I cannot control my heat. Ask management about this and they just broom me and feed me bs excuses. Would not recommend at all. Building doors are unsecured, anyone can walk in and steal your deliveries. Wonder why they now have a need for armed security in the complex Give me a break

They raise my rent every single year, make you sign 60 days before the lease is up or they raise it even more and yet there are no up grade harpoon my apartment mine is very retro, bad carpet bad sliding doors to my balcony I’ve asked for new screen door for the entire 4yrs I have lives here I can not
Afford to leave but if I could I would at this point I’m sick of raised rent every year. Not updated apartment you can’t switch unless you are going up or down in size they don’t replace blinds anymore if they want to raise rent and charge what they charge then make it worth it oh and my building smells of weed daily and loud music no respect for people who actually have to get up for work early

WORST place i’ve lived.the management is the rudest people i’ve met.a lot of things in our apartment are broken and we’ve called and they said they would come fix it and they still never have.if i could leave no stars i would.sunnydale needs to get better at what they do.can’t wait to move out of here in a couple weeks.

Honestly an amazing place. I walked into the office 7 months ago asking to get moved in immediately due to home life issues. They got me right in that day and really excelled at there job to make that happen. The office ladies (ALL OF THEM) are spectacular. Holly worked super fast and hard to make sure I got in that day! I’ve had zero issues with Neighbors or staff! My kids love the park and the swimming pool. They added a lock to the pool to keep anyone who doesn’t pay out which is spectacular. There’s a dog park too you couldn’t really ask for much more. And the maintenance team is phenomenal. There polite and fix your orders almost immediately. For example I put in a order at 11pm to get a leaky toilet fixed and they were here at 9 am fixing it. If your looking for a good hearted warm community to move into look no further!

Wonderful Management staff. I have a family emergency and they did all they could to help me and my son. Thank you so much for your kindness. I have been here for more than a year and the maintenance has been on point. Anything I have needed done has been timely and professional. Thank you Sunnydale for helping me make my apartment a home.

Beautiful apartment units, wonderful neighborhood, and friendly staff.just renewed my lease! Would definitely recommend these apartments ️
