Sunoco Gas Station, Columbus OH

Old donuts dated for 12-4 it's the 22nd. Even the chocolate milk was expired. Didn't realize till got home

Clerks are either really rude or have absolutely no costumer service skills! I live around the corner and would rather drive further then come to this gas station!

Same long-time, helpful and friendly employees are an anomaly these days. Increasingly common among establishments, store hours and personnel continue to change due to staffing shortages or employees who seem
to come and go through a revolving door.
THIS particular business is an exception
to recent trends and dilemmas! The familiar faces, positive attitudes, and efficient service never waver, consistently
generating a predictable and comfortable experience. No matter how busy or chaotic the store might become (since they do stay open later and are one of the few open in the area) sense of humor, civility, and a solid work ethic are consistently maintained. It’s easily noticeable and appreciated, as a rare dynamic to experience in today’s world!

1/10/23: Emad is a friendly gentleman!

1/2/23: The woman that works there most weekday mornings has zero customer service skills. 99% of the time when I get stuck with her to wait on me, she makes me feel like I am bothering her. Hopefully, she sees this post and adjusts her attitude! Tyler and Dave are the best! Today 1/19/23: the grumpy woman only spoke to me when she told me what I owe for lottery tickets. She's friendly as a bee sting.

12/15/22: DAVE sold me my lottery ticket and beer today! Fast, friendly service!

12/3/22: TYLER's the best! Fast and friendly! The Beer Cave is awesome!
