Super 8 by Wyndham Franklin/Middletown Area

I was very hesitant to stay here but had already booked before I saw the reviews. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was less than cordial and would not speak up through the thick plexiglass partition. I guess he expected me to read his lips. The room itself appeared to be recently remodeled. There was lots of remodeling work going on in the hotel. The room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small to be able to see across the room. Fridge and microwave. One star off for the clerk. Second star off for no breakfast, contrary to the posted advertising.

1st & foremost, CV+19 Restrictions have lifted long ago. So advertising BREAKFAST, BUT NOT providing, is false advertisement. This place is Dated& in Need of Renovation.
Secondly, HAVING YOUR FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE CONTACT MY PHONE UNWARRANTED, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My HUSBAND will address that as we leave.

Make it an easier experience on renting a room with a credit card or cash and make customer service and much more reliable

It was OK. But the coffee was old an cold. The pop machine was broken. But the room was comfortable.

It was a big room but the bedding was dirty, had different types of hair and stains, I should have taken the Best Western a couple of miles from here.
Not recommended based on my experience.

We stayed for one evening and picked this location based on price but I should have read the reviews before booking.

This hotel is dirty and disgusting. I have bites on my left arm which appear to be from bed bugs.

No breakfast was served due to covid and asked to leave a $60 cash deposit.

Please don't stay here. Spend the extra money for a clean hotel.

Broken furniture, TV needs attention, floor filthy and gritty, black mold in numerous areas in the bathroom. I didn't stay, and was refused a refund. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR BEFORE STAYING HERE.

If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely disgusting. Not to mention you better have cash at check in no credit card they take$60 cash for security instead of using credit card. This is the worst hotel the rooms are gross very dirty you could scrap the dirt off the walls. Please don't stay you will be disappointed ️

I booked a room at this motel, I showed up and they said there was no room available and that I wouldn’t be charged as I never even checked in. I have been dealing with the manager, Priceline, and Wyndham for over 2 months in every attempt to get a refund but may need to go to small claims court to get this situation resolved

The guy at the service desk was not a good start to the hotel experience. He didn't even realize I was standing there and there was a sign that said there was no one at the service desk but they'd be back shortly so I figured he was not working here since he was sitting back there playing on his phone. He did look up eventually and see me. He was very difficult to hear and very unhelpful, didn't even show me the direction of our room, where to park or how to get in. The key pad to the back door to the hotel is broken so you can just walk in. There was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no additional roles. The beds weren't too uncomfortable and the fridge was fine. The air conditioner worked. They only gave us shampoo and no conditioner and a little bar of soap. The sheets and blankets were questionable and our blanket had dried paint on it. The vending machines were scarce and there was no breakfast. We were going to ask if they had anything for breakfast but there was nobody behind the counter at the service desk.

Sheets had holes in them form smokers could hear the people outside like they were next to you as the same has the hall and if you had people on the floor above you it was let they were stomping around the entire time. And no where did it say you had to put a pet deposit now a room deposit and then they don't allow cats even if it is a comfort animal for anxiety then they say well we don't want dogs after you already had the dogs there and there was a lot of other dogs too If you have pets don't go there if you want rest don't go there

I got in the hot tub time I got out they knocked on the door said I was smoking cigarettes in there and I don't even smoke said I had to leave $258 they kept they are crooks I would never return again took the towel and wiped up the water off the floor he said it was cigarette ashes it was the floor dirty nobody else was there so no wonder nobody rents from there.

The manager is very rude he told me and my guest to shut our mouth when i asked for my deposit back and the manager tried to say i smoked in my room even after they searched he kept denyin my deposit and sayin i trashed the room when i took pics as soon as i arrived because they already had to switch my first room my second room had blood and puke and all kinds of different nasty spots and stains on the sheets and curtains they wouldn't even give us new sheets or anything there was a desk attendant there who actually helped but all the indian people that were there basically told me to shut my mouth and im not getting anything i reported to corporate to try and get a refund but that'll be about a week so if your reading this DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

My stay was Horrible. The room was dirty and I got ate up by bed bugs and only stayed one night. Huge mistake

This motel was disgusting the rooms are dirty, the bed linens was disgusting, stains and dirty, the room smelled like a cigarette, no breakfast at all and the Manger was disrespectful

Disgusting, filthy! Lock on outside security door into hotel was ripped out of the wall. Took 12 tries to get room door open bc it kept flickering green / red with no time to open it. Several holes were punched into the walls. It was a smoker's room and the tops of everything were sticky, yellow and burned. Even the toilet, sink, and bedspread had burns in them. Not to mention the over all stench. We left and slept in our car in a parking lot in what appeared to be a better part of town. Worst experience and complete waste of money since the reservation was nonrefundable. Don't Go There!

They were rude the whole time we were there. Not one time did they clean our room or take out the trash. We had to get our own towels and bring our dirty ones down to laundry. You also couldn't get the towels if it was after 11am. They told us they accepted pets but are now making us leave because they do not take pets all of a sudden. The owner is the most rude out of the workers. He accused us multiple times of things we did not do. I would not recommend this hotel. It felt like we were in jail when we stayed. Oh and they have black mold.
