Jackie has been cutting my hair for several years. She is always upbeat and fun and does a perfect job. She knows exactly how I want it done and most important my wife likes how it's done.

I walked in 90min before closing, they were busy but I was given an appt 30min before closing. When I checked in I learned Shayna would be my stylist. She only took 15 to 20 min to give me the best cut that I've had in three or more years. I like to look good but I seem to have a problem finding a stylist that can figure out what to do with my head, so I had been putting off getting a cut (pandemic normal?). Shayna took off a lot of hair and left me looking good, with a low maintenance cut (important to me and I think a lot of other guys too). Thanks Shayna, you really have styling skills.

I gotta admit, when I saw a young girl was my stylist, I was nervous, but it's one of the best cuts I've had in a long while. Thanks Mariah! (at the N Canton, OH location)

I have been going to this location for 10 years. Both the quality in employees and services has declined sharply. I went in for a shampoo, cut, and style. The stylist did not even ask what cut I wanted until after the shampoo. This would normally would be fine, except when I showed the style I wanted I was told that both the stylist and her manager could not cut the style. I would have walked out immediately if I had known. Instead I was pigeonholed into the services and paying for them, since the stylist had already started. What I paid for was a cut and I only received a trim. What I paid for was a styling of my choice and what I received was a "blow out" with no volume. The style was not even my choice and I voiced this, but was told to see if I liked it. When I voiced politely my discontent for cut and style I was told I'd have pay additional money to fix or do anything else. Not returning sad to say.

Went to Shayna for a cut and color and could not be happier with the results. For years I used black and red box dye and would bleach in between. Heat tools everyday. My hair was completely damaged and guess what? Shayna got my hair feeling and looking HEALTHY anddddd the blonde I wanted! 12/10 highly recommend stopping and getting your hair done by her!

I have been going to this location for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Bethany is very knowledgeable regarding the challenges I have with my hair and what products work best to make it look great! My daughter recently had her hair cut and colored by Bethany and it is gorgeous! The staff is always friendly and I enjoy my time when I’m there!

Shayna did a fantastic job on my haircut! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Not only that, but she was able to do it quickly which is something I value in a hair cut. No better place to go in my opinion!

I've been coming to this location for a few years now, and it's because of the wonderful staff. My hairdresser, Beth Morrison, does a fantastic job which I can't thank her enough for. It isn't easy trying to keep up with my red color, and she makes it look effortlessly beautiful. If you're looking for a place that will make you feel at home while giving you the look you want for your hair look no further! The proof is in the picture.

I am in LOVE with my hair. Haylee is amazing. She always listens to what I want and does just that. The salon is always spotless and all the girls who work there are so friendly! I highly recommend this place.

Great haircut at a great price, ask for Beth! Her talent for cutting hair not only reflects in her abilities but her love for her job and customers. She is someone I trust with my hair, as getting a haircut, can be powerful stuff. Back in 2018, I was looking for a change in my life that would have a long term affect on my confidence. Over the years prior, my hair had always been something for me to hide behind. So I don’t exactly know what made me decide to chop it off and try something new after years of the same thing. Let me just say, by chopping it off, I mean I went from having long dark brown hair that reached my mid-back, to having slight length on top and a buzz on the sides. As anxious as I was, Beth made the experience comfortable for me, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She is a 10/10 hair stylist, and super friendly, always look forward to my visits!

As any of the ladies at Supercuts (formerly Best Cuts) will tell you, I’m pretty particular with my hair. I don’t let very many people cut it, and I’ve always been a bit weary about getting it done at a chain - but now I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been getting service from Beth for almost a decade now. She’s truly a master at her craft, professional, and a true delight. She works very hard to accommodate her guests, and she makes you feel special when you’re in the chair.

The amazing service isn’t just limited to Beth either, all of the staff are amazing. Proudly giving them a 5-star review, and will be going back again very soon.
