The staff are really nice but they did a horrible job dying my hair, I wanted it mostly blonde and what I got was a few highlights that you can barely see and she didn't get the roots, not a $140 hair job I want a refund

I was looking to get my 13 year old daughter’s hair highlighted before she went back to school, so a friend recommended the Brimfield Supercuts - and I’m so glad she did! Shelby did an amazing job on my daughters long and incredibly thick hair.she’s had numerous compliments and we’ve been sure to recommend Supercuts & Shelby when asked!

I walked in needing a fresh cut. Shelby told me that she could throw down a mean fade, and she delivered. It was quick easy and well done.

Adam is a Miracle worker when it comes to color! He is Artist! For Highlights and color he is the person to see!

Brittany is the best stylist. Cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Its difficult to find a stylist that knows how to properly cut natural curly hair. Recommended a good product for my curls. Girl deserves a huge raise!

This place is so much cleaner than most places! I went in for some long layers in my hair and Shelby did an absolutely amazing job. She also did amazing on my eyebrows! 10/10 would recommend

Got my haircut here several times with no real issues. Today, I went to Google and saw they were open until 6pm. I arrived at 5pm. The woman working at the desk was exceptionally rude (yelling through a locked door) in telling me they were only open until 5, when it clearly states on Google and their own website that they're open until 6. I will not be returning.

For a 16 dollar kids haircut, you'd think the stylist could- at the very least- cut bangs straight. Not even close. Will definitely never be back.

My son went in for a haircut. Normally it takes them about 15-20 minutes to do his hair. He was calling me in to the facility 10 minutes after he walked in. He has a colick, it is sticking straight up now. I feel like she rushed through the haircut and now it looks terrible. I don't think I will be returning. Not happy at all.

The stylists at this location are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and talented. I know I will always leave with a great cut and amazing color when I come to this location. My hair has continued to get better because my stylist always recommends the best products for my hair. Would recommend this salon to anyone!
