Emily did a wonderful job, she listened to what my son wanted and took her time and made sure that he liked it every step of the way.

I had an awesome experience with Samantha! She did wonderful on my highlights, was very kind and professional the whole time. Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a new place in Findlay as I work here full time, but live out of town. I found a stylist here that I just love, April, and she does a great job. The prices are about a quarter of what I used to pay at fancier salons and now I am kicking myself for paying those prices for years. April has done just a simple cut, color, highlighting and eyebrow waxing and all of her services have turned out well. I have returned several times and each time has been a success. The salon is also very clean. It's great that it is next to a coffee shop for those early mornings!

Emily was such a fantastic stylist! I went in not sure what I wanted and she guided me to a beautiful highlight and low light combination that I adore. She was also very friendly, and patient with me when I couldn't decide what I wanted.
The salon was very clean and I didn't wait for my appointment, which started right on time.
I was also able to buy products that will help my new color stay beautiful and healthy right in the store, which was convenient for me.

This was my go to place. After scheduling on line 2x and then told there was an issue with on line scheduling I am done and will not return.

This is not the first time that I have visited this location of Supercuts, and I have also frequented other locations across Ohio. Samantha at the Findlay location has provided me with better haircuts and beard trims than any barber I have been to, let alone other Supercuts locations. Moreover, Samantha is very professional when dealing with other customers and their, often petty, complaints. As a doctor that works both in healthcare and retail customer service, I can assure you that the service and personability of Samantha is a cut above the rest.

I asked for a fade on the sides and back of my head and for it to be short with a little bit of play on the top the sides are not faded they are just shaved and the top is still as long as it was when I went in its just cut enough to be above my eyebrows.

Normally walk-in and wait 15-30 minutes which is what I would expect, made an appointment and stood (no seats to sit) and waited over 30 minutes. So what’s the point of making an appointment, very disappointed in the amount of respect for my time!

I love Sarah! She has been cutting my hair for a long time and I don’t want to go anywhere else.
Really, everyone there is great!
But we all have favorites.

You can often just drop in, but I’d recommend an appointment. They can get really busy at the strangest times.

I have gone to this salon for a few years now. Prior to yesterday I was always happy with my service. I always ask for a trim and long layers, which is what I asked for yesterday. The girl told me after my haircut she did textured layers. I didn't understand what that meant, but my hair looked good when I left. When I came home and tried to put my long hair up in a pony tail and bun, I had extreme difficulty. I did not realize textured layers meant cutting my long layers. I didn't ask for that. I work in healthcare and I now have issues getting my hair up and out of my face. I am very upset and afraid to go back there. The girl even said back to me that she would do long layers and she didn't.

For a walk in place it is always booked. They could do the person in front of me who didn't have an appt, but not me. Won't try this place again.

Mandee is my hairstylist and she is awesome. She is very professional and she listens you very well. I would definitely recommend to use Supercuts.

Samantha was great! Very good at eyebrows and made my hair super even. I love it. They have great prices. I’d recommend!:)

I bring my kids here to get haircuts and they always cut their hair exactly how they want it. I love that you can make an appointment or check in ahead of time so you don't have to wait around!

They are having trouble with the new system with double booking clients. Best to call in for appointment times.
