Supercuts, Mason OH

Probably just an off day. I had a 2: 10pm appointment. I was 15 minutes early. There was one person in front of me. There were 2 stylists. They kept pampering the clients in their chairs. They would look they were done and continuing to trim and snip and hot towel the one. The person in front of me left. I was ten minutes past my appointment time, and I finally left. I didn't quite understand what was going on, but I can only hope they both stared out the front window for a while after they were done with their clients. I might try again, or I might not.

Julia is a huge light! I love that she has been my hair stylist for many years and always does an exceptional job. Shout out to Haley as well. Best supercuts ever! Always friendly, professional, fun, caring and top service!

Amazing people who actually cut hair and communicate with their customers. Prefect experience and money well spent, even if it was clipper triple zero.

A good barbershop. Place seems clean and appealing. My barber was skilled at my simple haircut.

They don’t have any idea about the colors which we tell. I have asked them to color my hair dark and they have colored very bright color and their hair cut is gross they don’t even know how to blow dry hair. I clearly showed a picture of color which i need. They done entirely different and I asked for blow dry and hairstyle and they charged me extra 33 dollars for that blow dry service. They just dry my hair and said it’s done. Not at all happy with their service. Waste of money. I never recommend this salon for anyone who is looking to color and cut their hair, especially females they will ruin the hair.

Perfect place for boys haircuts. Wait time is usually under 20 minutes. I like that you can check in online!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with my kids hair cut. She charged me $46 and next day I paid another $60 at sharky’s just to fix the damaged.
Wast of time and money

So tbh. I went in wanting a relatively simple cut. I told her what to do because during Covid I had to cut it myself many times. I don't know why people think that what I'm saying would be wrong but tbh. I ended up fixing the cut at home.
If it's simple like a man's hair cut, go ahead and go here. But if not ig just do it yourself. You'll be happier and NOT 20 bucks lighter for something u didn't want.
