Superior Credit Union, Cincinnati OH

My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1: 55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. Upon arrival home I explained it to my lovely wife what I had done and she was glad to hear how Superior was looking out for us versus the treatment we’ve gotten from Banks. Thank you.

Awful! Two year customer and the service just continued to get worse! Closing account asap. Other cu’s out there-Advise to look at other options!

I was brought to Superior by a billboard on I-75S in Cincinnati, recognizing Rob Fields as a former colleague. In this post Covid world customer service has been an ongoing victim. Your service has been outstanding, fast, caring and very informative. Thank you for your commitment to excellence.

They both helped me with my concern. Even tho i was at the wrong place they still helped me. They step out of there way to hell me by making calls and and getting my questions answered

As I walked into the place, the receptionist was very helpful. But then when I sat down with Rob. He helped me every step of the way, and I had a lot of steps to be answered. He took the time to help me manage my accounts. He answered all my questions so that I could understand. I really appreciated his service.
