Tired of sitting and waiting for my load to be done when they know it's supposed to done by a certain time my first stop was supposed to be at 5am and im still sitting against the dock they haven't even begun to load me

After reading other reviews before showing up, I was nervous about how things would go. But the reviews I read were NOT my experience at all.

When you arrive you drive past the docks and park along the back (with nose of truck facing towards the road). Walk into the shipping office and check in. Go back to your truck and wait for a phone call with your dock assignment.

I was even able to stay on site after being loaded (park back where you parked when you first arrived).

Thank you for the early, fast, and professional service! I have zero problems returning again.

Excellent location to pickup from even on the days it takes longer to load. Trailer washout across street us 24/7 and there's ample parking at the pickup. Walmart is a close drive and so is DQ grill n chill. U can drop trailer across street to make a food run, u just gotta let the shipping dept know first.

Nice staging lot for you to wait in. If needed, you can come in early. Just make sure you check in. Can stay overnight there, which is a plus. Friendly courteous staff always a positive experience going there no complaints.

Arrived 30 min ahead of appointment and checked in with no problem, then went to the dirt lot aka mud pit and sat for 8hrs before getting the call to go to a dock. Once in the dock, they loaded part of the load then made us pull up and close the doors and stopped all efforts knowing we couldn’t move til the load was finished. It took 18hrs to get out of here and I won’t be back. The man that finished loading us was extremely rude and argumentative. He didn’t want to put the correct time/date on the bols. This place is not worth going to, management needs to do better.

Guy in the shipping office with beard is very rude & racist. When he talks to the white driver, he was very polite, as soon he sees other drivers he just said “NO/NO” without even listening what driver trying to say. FCFS means 7 to 8 hours, when only 2 trucks ahead of U. Keep an eye on trucks, who is ahead of u who not. I m not going back to this place. 0 stars.

This place is a joke, they will book you 7 or 8 hours before your actual appointment, no detention will be paid, I booked another load and I got it delivered before calling for a door, I feel bad for people that they spend their valuable time waiting at this facility.

Terrible place waited 12 hrs to load. I missed the unload because of them. They said the receiver was 24hrs not. All lies 1800.00 for 3 days and got stuck over the weekend without a load so 5 days altogether. They wouldn't compensate for it either. Do not come here. Wants -20 to load ice cream yet its only 0 when loaded so your reefer runs high the whole time 1/2 tank a day. The people was real nice I never had a problem with anyone but they will screw you over. Charge alot and you'll be ok.

Checked in Friday afternoon for a Saturday PU. Got told that I wouldn't be able to get loaded on Friday, which wasn't a big deal since they had parking. It is now Sunday afternoon and I'm still not loaded.

If you are not american white! Never come here! Or come with your camera record. I tried to check in with a guy named Joyl. There was another white American guy was checkin out and they had a conversation. Joel was super nice and keep laughing. I thought he was nice guy. Once the american guy checked out he looked at me turned out with angry face saying what you need.i greeted him “ good morning brother” he answered me i am not your brother. I kept trying to be nice and said Sorry, i have a pickin-up and gave my PU number. He asked me my phone number and i told him. I am not native speaker and trying to say my phone number clearly with no mistake. He said i have an ear. He kept showing me his attitude during check in process. I did not do anything wrong. I definitely feel racism. There is another review of racism here from Michelle Wright. Please Joel be nice to everyone. We are all same human being.

Ok place! Loads usually not done on time. Prepare to wait! But have some good guys that Work with u at times to ger u done. There is 1 rude guy that works in office that doesn't treat drivers good.

One of the worst place I ever worked for. I got my hand busted wide opened and they fired me for it. I was young and they took advantage of me being young at the time. Do not drink the milk. It's a swimming pool foe roaches. Run from this place and run!

Worst place I have ever loaded from. The unprofessional, disrespectful, jerk (joel) does not belong where he is at. He should be out back by himself cleaning restrooms. That company needs to reevaluate this s%@t. 2 stars because the guy outside cleaning has more self respect than rudeness inside.

Joel in shipping has very rude attitude and no customer service skills. Very unprofessional. This place is disorganized. The night shift are wonderful and pleasant. Other reviews say FCFS. Even our company says that in our information. So I came 1 day early to get in on FCFS and Joel doesn’t even check me in.

He lets me sit and this morning claims that I was never at temp and throws it back I was early, true again I was 1 day early trying to use the FCFS. I will never be back, they say they go by appointment according to Joel, but all reviews show FCFS.

Another lazy workers who take more than they can make. 13 hours of loading on the dirty yard. Avoid this place, they must rebuild they business model.

Went to pick up a load for Sam's club here. They make you park in an absolute mud hole back lot. The worst is these people are just not nice or friendly at all! Arrived at 1: 30 pm for a first come first serve load and they informed me it would not be loaded till 10: 00 p.m. At least 12 trucks waiting. These brokered loads at this location have all fake arrival times and load times. Beware. Avoid this place at all costs!

I load here every week yes during the holidays it was a little slow but other than that normal days it’s in and out within an hour or two
