I had a laptop with a broken screen. They actually had a replacement in stock, and it was repaired and ready to use 20 minutes later, at a very reasonable price. Ill absolutely be coming back in the future!

If you are not interested in doing business-close your doors. Was there to buy-treated like a piranha. The clerk was dismissive and disrespectful. If you do not want my business I will buy somewhere else. I will not return.

A friend had their power supply die, Laptop on call hooked them up with a new one cheaper than big box store would have. Appreciated.

I dropped my daughter's laptop off in May they never called never did a good job working on it she went through the whole summer break without it. I never got it back until September and it was in worse shape when I got it back do not trust these guys!

Charged me $40 just to look at my laptop and told me that the retina display was the issue. Took my laptop to a different company, WHO EXAMINED IT FOR FREE, who told me that it was actually a corrupted hard drive. I got my laptop fixed there and haven't had a problem since.

Drop modem off on Friday afternoon and it was ready for pickup Monday afternoon. Highly recommend.
