6Went here to get myself to going to work and they helped right away. Bad thing was when I was trying to help my mom get a pension they gave me some strange email of a manager and I kept emailing it 20 times and it always came back as invalid email, then I call back and they say it's the right email just call them back again.

Paycard expired. Visited the North Branch. They wouldn't give me one because I was registered with the East office. Mine you, I, now, live on North side. Called East branch before driving over 10 miles to their office. Gas is at record high prices. 8 personnel in that branch doing nothing. Spent 20 minutes being interrogated by Mrs. Davis. Knew I was in trouble 10 minutes into the ordeal when she exclaimed she was from here. Was finally given a card. On the way back to the north side and on the phone with Wisely card services, I was told that I had been given a card that couldn't be activated because of the actions either taken or not by that branch. Therefore my funds couldn't be transfered to the card. And we wonder why mass shootings are in the rise. Individuals in society now prefer to make an easy situation into a horrific scenario. The only thing I needed was a Wisely card to transfer my funds from the expired card to. And yes, these instructions came per Wisely Corporation. I, thoroughly check all necessary procedures before just driving gallons of gas out. If this is how we handle such an easy situation, then ask yourself how the handling of a job assignment issue may transpire?
