Dr Goodlive is wonderful. She actually listens to you, is willing to hear your views on what’s going on, and never seems rushed.
She is very receptive to MyChart questions. Her nurse is one of my favorite people!

My wife missed her appt last Thursday due to a miscommunication between us. We both have complex ptsd and adhd. It severely impacts both of our lives. This is how some things fall through the cracks even when there's 70 post its everywhere. I called today to reschedule. I talked to a women. I gave her my wife's name and dob. I then let her know that it was a missed new patient appt but I wanted to reschedule it. Her reply was precisely "She received a reminder call two days prior. " (that's it, not a question, a statement) my reply "I'm not sure" her reply "she did". Me "okay can I reschedule it for her? ". Her reply "we have a one strike and you're out policy for new patients" that was it. No conversation on why it happened or how. No concern at all. I'm so glad she missed that appt. I can't imagine how dehumanizing yall are in person to those who suffer from mental illness that impact their daily lives in ways like this. It's disgusting. I've had the same providers for years so it's not like we do this all the time. She has a nurse as her pcp and needs to find an actual doctor. Yall have no idea the amount and mental and physical stress this kind of stuff takes on people with severe chronic illnesses. Do better.

Dr. Goodlive is an awesome Dr. Who cares about the well-being of her patients and her nurse Judy is the best!

Dr. Susan Goodlive, her assistant Judy, and the staff at Dublin Internal Medicine are extremely professional as well as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I leave an appointment I feel satisfied that all my concerns have been addressed and that I have solutions. If I have questions, they are available by phone or email.

Dr Goodlive listens to concerns and is very caring. She is good at diagnosing and medicine management.

My doctor Susan Goodliv is such a wonderful doctor. She is so personable and encouraging. I smoked for over 30 years until I met Dr Goodliv she encouraged and help me to stop smoking and I am so grateful to her. Dr. Susan Goodlive is a total professional as a medical doctor. She also provides solutions for difficult phases in a patient’s life. I look to her for guidance with all issues. She is thoughtful and patient while giving a plan to keep me healthy and I totally trust her judgement. I have been going to her for years and would not go to anyone else. She also has a wonderful assistant Judy that is the best. There is no one better to do a blood draw! She’s just a fantastic person.
