Sushi Factory, Columbus OH

I heard about the 1/2 priced sushi and had to check it out! We came in and were seated fast. We ordered a Large Hot Sake ($9), Gyoza ($6), Crab Rangoon ($5), the Texas Fire Roll ($12), the Wow Roll ($12), the Salmon on the Beach ($10) and of course I had to try the Classic Shrimp Tempura ($4.50). The rolls on fire were the Texas Fire Roll and the Wow Roll. When i tell you they were DELICIOUS! I would come back just for those. Everything was absolutely amazing, the restaurant is clean and the service is impeccable. Our waitress was Wariya and she provided some of the best service I ever had! 10/10 experience!

Waited an hour and a half for the food. Brought out all the food besides for one person who had to wait another 15 minutes for theirs while everyone else waited. Waiter didn’t even know which rolls was on the plate.

Big rolls. The word factory describes the amount of sushi you get, and I think a different name would describe the nice interior, the friendly service and clean calm environment. Maybe Serenity Sushi Factory?
No matter the name- you get unique sushi options, a few I’ve never seen before, and plenty of them on the plate. This is the first time I couldn’t finish all my sushi.gasp! But, that just means.contest! Maybe I ordered too much, or maybe the rolls are big and plentiful and full of all kinds of goodness! I’d say it’s the second one!

Vary disappointed with the service I received here. I won't give them anymore of my business. Not althentic they really should re staff the kitchen. I was told 15 minutes for pickup I waited 20 before going inside and another 14 minutes inside before demanding my money back. They wasn't even busy. They requested cash opon pickup, no problem I figured the card reader was down but before paying she pushed the card reader to me. More then likely they put all cash into there pockets without paying into tax. It's truly said to see what America's becoming.

Sushi quality is poor. Maybe just a little bit better than something you would get at a grocery store. Service was great and everyone is very nice.

Sushi tastes great. The staff is really friendly. We go there at least once a week. So glad the half off rolls are back!

The sushi is good, never had a problem with the food. Tonight I ordered online at 5: 35, left the house at 6: 05 (wait time said 40 minutes) and when I got there the host said the food wasn’t ready, but made me pay. He then told me I could sit at the bar and wait, but after a few minutes the bartender tells him I can’t sit there so I go to a booth. I waited until 6: 40 and never received my food, host never checked in with me, and I had to cancel my order and get a refund. I’m disappointed because they had no sense of urgency for to go orders which usually take somewhat of a priority.

Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon after reading some reviews. Seated and served almost immediately. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. The food was very good and the overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Order is Always wrong but it’s cheap and good.i always order pickup and noticed that it’s always different/wrong. Tuna roll is sometimes a maki roll (mini only tuna) but other times is an actual roll what it’s suppose to be, which is just tuna and avocado. Sometimes tastes amazing but for the price honestly it’s okay.
Online it says the Boston roll is with tuna, avocado, cucumber but what i got was just a cooked crab roll.

They just don’t know the different between a roll/maki or sashimi/nigiri/sushi which is the basics for sushi.

The food was very nicely presented and very delicious. My husband, son and I enjoyed it very much! We had the sushi and the hibachi and we were very pleased with it all we will most likely be back very soon especially bc our son loves sushi and it is more then fairly priced! Over all I give it at least 4 if not 5 stars!

My wife and I visited this restaurant and we experienced some of the best flavors we have had in a very long time.

Very short staff so I understand why the service was so slow but as for the food, the food came and looked pretty but the taste was all the same. I ordered multiple varieties of rolls and the rice was hard and the meal made my stomach hurt after. Did not taste fresh and the sushi tasted and felt like it’s been sitting out in room temperature.

I wish I could rate it zero. I have been looking for sushi restaurant since moving to ohio. I found sushi factory and yesterday after I ate. I was yelled at and humiliated in front of everyone. As I was paying in the front the older lady yelled at me and my husband and newborn. She screamed YOU BEEN HERE THREE TIMES RECENTLY AND DIDNT LEAVE A TIP MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE TIP NOW. (which by the way is false). The restaurant was quite packed. Everyone stopped and looked over. I felt so sick to my stomach. I almost burst into tears. How could you yell at me like that. The food is okay but the service and the way I was treated was horrible. I’m never going back. DON’T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT!

Excellent place for sushi. Prices have gone up since the pandemic but still well worth it in our experience. The quality, portions, and presentation are still great. The tuna tataki is my favorite here - they really make it look pretty and taste great. I usually get some sashimi along with it and it's a perfect healthy meal.

Fast and attentive service paired with a wide variety of well prepared entrees and appetizers. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the place did not meet cleanliness standards, floors were littered with trash and restroom was a wreck. Take out all the way and quite affordable for the quality.
