I went with my sister to get her first ultrasound today, we didnt have any masks. We walked in didnt even recieve a hello or nothing to greet us. Beth opens the door to get another patient and she looks at us after sitting here for already 10 minutes and says wheres your masks in a rudely manner. We had to go all the way to Giant Eagle to get masks. We got back and we were sitting here for probably another 10 minutes. Her babys father is here and so am I. I guess we cant go back. The own babys father cant even go back even though he has a mask on but yet he needs a covid vaccine. I feel like the receptionist beth is just so rude.

Dr. Sutter is the only doctor that I fully trust with my and my unborn babies lives. He has delivered all four of my children, with each pregnancy having its own difficulties. Dr. Sutter has taken care of, and delivered to me healthy babies through bleeding, pre-term labors, hyperemesis gravidarum, passing out, high blood pressure, and more that I'm sure I'm missing right now. He has so much experience, and a true care for his patients, you're not just another pregnant woman here.or a non pregnant woman. If you're looking for the best, look no further.

I appreciate his compassion, kindness, and gentle demeanor. An extremely knowledgeable man.

I consider this man the best in his field, he has helped our family in so many ways throughout the past 20 years. He's a Great Doctor, a good man and very compassionate.

Dr. Sutter is a nice guy don’t get me wrong but our experience with him was awful. First off they have a giant German Shepard roaming their office, with bones, hairs, terrible smells, bowls and other junk all over the floors. Completely unsanitary! The dog does not like kids, leaving my daughter scared to come in the building. She was told “don’t touch him”. I hope you’re not too excited about your ultrasound picture, that’s gonna look like a picture from 1810. Old machines and a terrible filing system. If you get past all of that fun stuff, you’ll soon find that every appointment is about 1-3 minutes. This is not an exaggeration at all! We even timed one of our appointments. We were in there for 2 minutes and 38 seconds. I understand that there isn’t much that can be done during pregnancy but he was so eager to get us out. Every appointment would consist of getting her weight, going into the other room to get a 40 second ultra sound and some sutter head bobbing to the heartbeat. Followed by “see ya next week”. My girlfriend was in excruciating pain during her pregnancy and all he would say is “No pain, No gain”. Also, the receptionist Beth is very rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend needed paperwork from her and she told us that she didn’t have ink in her printer. We were told to call back and “maybe” they would have it then. We will absolutely be going somewhere else for our next child. Someone that she can feel good about going to see.
