SVG CDJR Eaton Parts & Service

My son has work being done on his truck and will be out of action for 3 to 5 days. My son paid for the extra coverage through allied. Due to the fact that he isn't 21 they won't give him a rental car although they did the previous year when the truck was bought. So now my daughter in law has to miss time at work to get her husband to work or he is borrowing my truck. Furthermore that isn't the only issue at play here. I have always talked up SVG to friends and family for the quality of work done in the past. So be warned if you are young under the age of 21 you had better have another source of transportation.

Had me sign agreement then kept telling that the computers was for 4 and half hours I do not recommend this place they have horrible customer service and try to push a vehicle on you when it's not even what you signed an agreement on

Jake was a very personable, easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. He gives you space to have your private discussions. I highly recommend him and SVG in any dealership!

I was ok with my experience with SVG in Eaton until 2 months pass and they still haven't paid my trade in off, my bank is harassing me about keeping insurance on it and making payments and I don't even have the truck anymore. I signed the wrong lease contract 3 times and I guess they finally got it right the 4th time because I still haven't heard anything. I keep getting the same lame excuse that Covid is causing a delay on my pay off. It's just been a hassle the entire way through this experience. If you want a better experience I'd suggest going elsewhere to buy or lease.

L had attempted to get a hold of the Eaton service department only to be put on hold countless times then disconnected.l ended up taking my vehicle else where to be serviced.l will not use SVG again.

Was just out for a walk with my husband and dog and happened to speak with Jake while strolling through the lot. He was able to get us a great deal on a trade in right there and then!

Every single time my mom or I bring in my truck its always something bad that comes with it. A little easy fix turns into a couple thousand dollar fix. Every single time I bring it there.theres always a problem! Sale and everyone in there is super super helpful and nice and polite but the mechanics dont know much about there vehicles. Or they just dont care.

SVG ChrysLer, Jeep, Dodge, Ram in Eaton Ohio is the only service department I trust with my 2017 1ton, With the Cummings Engine. When my phone rings and I see it’s the service manager Nate, I know my problems are solved. I have 75,000 plus miles on a 1 year old truck. I’m not concerned about miles. With Nate and SVG in my corner I should get over a million miles out of it. If you value your vehicle take it to the best in the business. SVG in Eaton.

Their service team is top notch.

The parts department is great too!
