The finance guy was rude and I didn’t even use their financial services.
Went back a month later to buy a second Jeep Gladiator and the appraiser offered me $6k less than my current truck is worth for a trade in but was complimenting how nice my truck is and needs nothing to be sold the same day. I know they have to make something off of my trade in but it was a disrespectful offer and the condescending attitude got under my skin.
I have a 2021 gladiator with the ecodiesel. The engine blew at 37k mi. I had it towed to my local dealer. They didn't offer me a loaner vehicle and acted like they didn't want to mess with the warranty claim. I then called and even went to several other dealers to see if they could better assist me. Thats when SVG (which is an hour drive for me) was extremely curtious and helpful. I had my vehicle towed there the next day. They put me in a rental and kept me informed of everything. Although it took several months to get the engine they kept me in a rental. SVG in Eaton will be my dealer of choice from now on. They made this inconvenience as good as it possible could have been. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could!
Jake did a amazing job getting me a 2019 jeep Compass! They did really good with helping me figure out what I wanted to do im regards to getting me a new car! 10/10
The Salesman I spoke to was Jake Favorite, I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang and he was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process, overall I only spent a little over an hour and a half here including a test drive and financing, overall he has been a pleasure to talk to and deal with.

Purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, vehicle had a very slight vibration in steering.
SVG rebalanced and rotated tires, no more vibration.
This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from SVG, we have always had excellent service.
