Workers were conscientious and professional. A team of 3 worked well together tearing down a west wall and ceiling due to water damage from a burst water pipe. They took care of the beautiful old woodwork around the windows, doors and baseboards and floors not to damage any of the old character of our home. We felt very comfortable inviting them into our home. We highly recommend them.

They showed up quickly, gave us an estimate before doing any work, were very honest, respectful of our things, showed compassion for our feelings, acted in a professional manor, laid plastic and rugs to keep from dirtying up the rest of our house, and communicated a TON about what was happening. Our process isn’t over yet, but we are so floored with how smooth everything is going this far! This is a company that truly cares.
I hope we never have a flood and need them again, but we know 100% who we will be calling!

Updated our 4 seasons room to a regular room. Workmanship was very good and done in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with our new room.

Arranged their schedule to make sure they made it out to my house in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was super nice. Made sure everything was moved with care and explained the processes well.

I had 3 inches of water from a pipe bursting in the basement. They dried it for 3 weeks and crazy the monitor showed moisture at 45, and it should be 15 or lower. Crazy 2 days later, it was 0. They told my insurance adjust that there shouldn't be any mold behind the drywall and I don't have a sump pumpso where did the water go. I had 2 other contractors come in and say the first thing they should have done was remove the drywall. So now I am paying out of pocket for the drywall. They also messed up my ceiling years ago. I'm done with Swartz. They also called and said they are too busy to finish the basement. I would not recommend them. Ever

Swartz is one of the best around. They are quick to respond, thorough in their explanations, and patient throughout the process. From the start of the process to the end, they are always there, regardless the time of day. If you need a restoration company, Swartz Restoration is your choice!
