Sweet Basil Neapolitan Style, Westlake OH

Didn't get what I ordered and lied too. Ordered garlic knots to receive burnt bread sticks with old nasty sauce. I was told they were Garlic not knots. Pizza was bland and under cooked. Not worth the money.

I have not been here since Covid and it was everything I remembered! If you enjoy the homemade sauce, dressing, and dough then GET THERE NOW! I highly recommend the Sweet Basil Pizza Mac and Cheese as well! Our server was very upbeat and on top of our needs before we even knew they were needs.

Me and my boys love this places. They never disappoint. We got there Screaming Demon pizza and my gosh was it amazing. Flavor was a hit and the crust was perfect. I always recommend this place to my friends and family.

No photos to post, but we had the large margherita pizza, a small gyro pizza, a "large" house salad, and a "large" Caesar salad. Large are in quotes for the salads because they were most definitely single-serve salads & I had the pleasure of listening to my family in law argue over splitting them so that everyone that wanted some had enough. Not my ideal Friday night. (And, also kept this review from being a 5 star one for food.)

I also put down the Atmosphere as a 4 b/c we had our order as a carry out. Parking is extremely tight, especially if the patrons of the Time Warp bar next door are hogging all of the spaces. I did the pick up & had to illegally park in the fire lane. (Ooops.) The restaurant appeared to be family friendly enough, so may be worth a dine-in visit at some point.

The pizza was delicious. Sure the gyro pizza is a little weird & different, but there's someone for everyone. The large margherita was LARGE. I had to put a seat down in my Honda Fit in order to have enough space in my car for it. No, really, I had to do that. The 2 pizzas & the aforementioned salads were the right amount of food for 5 hungry adults. Would recommend.

Just ok. The pizza must have been ready far sooner than it was promised because it was cool by the time we got it home. The positives were that it wasn't greasy at all and the flavors were good. Could have been a bit more generous with toppings. I would try them again.

Sweet Basil's has the best specialized thin pizza in the local area. I love the King's Mistress and Buffalo Chicken pizzas. Always fun to capture a new picture on the big chair out front.

Great pizza. It's all I ever bought from here. I'll give them five stars once I try something else. I'm sure it's all great! Friendly staff too!

Gyro Pie from Sweet basil, first time trying sweet basil and I definitely recommend if you want real good pizza this is the place to go to! With friends or family it’s a good environment to sit down or take out.

Haven't been to Sweet Basil in a while decided to head over because the salads are so great and forgot how wonderful the pizzas are had a gyro pizza and it was fabulous

Best pizza! I order pizza from here for the first time and even though I arrive almost before closing they were nice enough to make me a pizza at the last minute! But omg is the best pizza in town. Just like New York pizza!

Had high hopes for a NYC, or at least northeast style foldable pizza, but just not enough sauce and cheese. It was also a bit pricey for two slices and a fountain soda. With a few adjustments, could be great. Maybe I'll try again sometime.

I ordered a small pizza. Website said $10.50. I got there and they charged me $13.50. I mentioned it and the kid said "oh, we had a price increase". A 28.5% price increase and you fail to update your website or mention it on the phone when the order is placed? Not acceptable. Plus $13.50 for a small pizza is a rip-off also.

Delicious! We ordered the white pie and then had a build your own half and half with thick crust and meat and veggie varieties. We also tried the Mac and cheese which came with garlic bread. It was all so so yummy! We went for lunch and we’re the only ones in there. We had excellent service. The game room in the back was a hidden perk! Can’t wait to return!

Good flavor and fresh ingredients. I know a good pizza has some chew to the crust but this was a bit of a jaw workout lol. Salad was small but good.

Got an 18” pepperoni pizza. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes and it was done on time. Really big. Recommend if you have 2-3 people eating. Thin crust foldable slices. Crust has a light crunch to it. Great zesty flavor in the sauce and cheese. The ratios of both are balanced. Not too greasy. Ingredients taste fresh. I was honestly stuffed after 1 and a half slices. Will definitely be revisiting them soon.

The last few times I’ve gotten pizza from here it’s been disappointing, they don’t put enough sauce and cheese. I don’t think I will be going back there anytime soon

Went on Sunday perhaps not the same as other days pizza crust was excellent but pizza had a sweet taste room was full of smoke service was very good
